I had a serious problem with my phone. Mary at the store was exceptional. She was so professional and empathetic and put me at ease even if she could not fix the problem she gave me the options available. This is the worse store in VA to go to. They are the slowest I have ever seen. A lady on today 1/9/23 said she had been waiting for 2 hours. She let me go in front of her cause I was only trying to pay my bill. After I waited for more than a half hour I was told I could not pay my bill because I left my id at home. Then the lady in the store told me that I could go to another store that was a hour away and use the kiosk because of yeah this location doesn't have one. It's 2023 and I pay over $100 a month for this type of customer service.
