Had the misfortune of stopping here on my way back from down south last night.The woman working the counter is one of the nastiest people I’ve met in a long time.Simple question as to where the coffee cups are threw her into a tirade.I get it’s not a dream job, but don’t take it out on someone politely asking a simple question.Walked out without getting anything from them.

Fair prices. Clean enough. Easy access to highway. All good for refueling. That's about it.

Linda the manager has the worst customer service I've yet to experience at a gas station. The pumps computer screen was frozen on "wait a moment" to which she blamed me for, what a bizarre angry little person.

I just wanted to echo @Matthew Hintze's post. From Raleigh, NC to Chesapeake, Virgina Beach, and Norfolk VA, all of the gas stations at this exit are absolutely gouging customers. On Sept. 19, 2022, there was a other Shell stations, just across the I-95 ramps, that was 20 cents cheaper. There are ExxonMobil and other big name stations, just 2 miles away, that were less than $3.30. Just a few miles, West on US-58, prices drop to $3.15.This gas station is a classic example price gouging.

Price gouger, avoid stopping here or only get a gallon if it's an emergency. Went here recently and the price of a gallon was almost a full $1 more expensive than nearby stations. Shameful practice and should not be supported
