The room was recently remodeled, with the exception of the bathroom. Our room was clean and cheap, and they allowed our dog, but if you aren't from the area, it's not easy to spot the entrance at night. It shares an entrance with a closed restaurant. The young man at the front desk was welcoming and attentive.

The rooms are big but a little dated in the bathroom. You may find one room to the next could be a little cleaner or not. For the price this is what you get but you could go a little further South of here and pay 200 for the same thing. The staff is great and the place is pretty quiet. I recommend it for any kind crews that are staying nearby to work. I've stayed in more expensive places that are worse than this. I'll give a 6 out of 10 over all. Video slot machines in the lobby too. They got a little assortment of snacks and cup of soups available. Doughnuts, A good selection of stuff for headache or upset stomach and a couple other sundries. I would definitely recommend here for an overnight. Might wanna bring your own pillows although these smell pretty good considering how many people lay their heads on them. No bed bugs no spiders now I'm gonna sit down and have a hard cider. Good night allRooms: Big. Laminate floors. Fairly CleanDatedNearby activities: Everything is around here. You got some trees. Birds. Some squirrels and I did see a giraffe but I took some mushrooms too.Safety: Well lit. Close parking.Walkability: There's pretty much nothing to walk to. But you could certainly get some great exercise on the walk waves around the building.Food & drinks: They have a little snack shop right behind the counter a couple of shelves filled with all kinds of goodies and stuff to make you feel better if you're ill.Noteworthy details: You'll love this place or you'll hate it there's no one between the reviews are good 80% of the time so I went with it and I'm happy. Great staff the dude at the front desk was real forth coming with the local activities like how marijuana is legal up to a certain a certian amount. Tipped him a fin and went in my way.

By far the worst experience I’ve had while working on the road first of all had one of their employees went inside my room stole my gun from the room they still allowed the employee gf to work there as if she didn’t have anything to do with it going missing floors were never clean they never swept or mopped the wash clothes and towels was disgusting and black …we had to purchase our own shower curtain cause of the mold build up we had to buy our own cleaning supplies cause all the ever did was take out trash. On top of that they didn’t wanna refund us when there was no actual document that we signed saying that if I could give them lower than a star I would the manager needs managing classes!

Room was mostly clean. They did have hairs and dust in the corners of bathroom. The room looked like an old fashioned motel. The beds squeak when you sit or move on them. Overall for 80 a night, I rather pay the extra 20$ for a way better room. Went here only because I was tired of driving and went to the first place near i95.

Be aware! The rooms are NOT non-smoking! They are liars, and you will not get your money back. If you have a child just be sure to SKIP this place!

It was the nastiest motel I’ve ever been in walked in and right back out the room was so stinking and rotten. I cannot even sit on the bed I l left within minutes and will never come

I’ve been here for 2 months and so far it’s been great. Housekeeping is consistent and the place is quite. Rooms are clean and bug free. Pretty quite area with very little foot traffic from the neighboring apartment complex that is also very clean looking.Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.I do wish someone would buy and open the restaurant that shares a parking lot with this motel. And the highway 301 median could be modified for north bound traffic access.

There was a black moth in the bed covers. When I went to sleep on the bed, I started getting itchy and felt some bugs crawling on me. The place may be well lit outside, but the most important thing for a hotel is its beds. They did not clean the beds enough. They even refused to give a refund when we decided to go and find another hotel. Please find another place to sleep for the night because this place is not worth it.

The ac did not work all night, room was about 80-90 degrees. Told the front desk in the morning and he laughed and said ok I’ll tell someone. Burn holes in linen. Bathroom was dirty. Overall do not

Stayed here for 6 months the staff is very friendly and will provide help if need. The rooms are clean and well maintain. Not to mention I had some of my best nights sleep there. Would had stayed longer if I could. The staff is like Family to me now. Can't wait to get the chance to stay again!
