“My experience at strong temple has been nothing but amazing.In such a short time I have accomplished so much.Each visit gene has a new workout or machine for me to try. Never the same workout. Since joining I have had more energy, am able to stand longer & walking with only hand assistance, my balance has improved & I have gotten over my biggest fear of falling.Each session he challenges me to do better than the last one .
