I came for an inspection. Have to wait in my hot car in an unshaded lot for 2.5 hours at least, only two in in line in front of me.
The staff was just sitting around, no inspections were happening. After an hour with no progress, I left.
I've come here before, but this is the worst. It's 100F out and my car has no A/C.
The sure don't want the business very much, but since they don't do a real inspection ( lights work? You pass ) I suppose it makes sense.

Used to be a great family ran business...Same management, different service. The people are rude and unprofessional, unless they know you personally. Poor communication. Stopped going here two urs ago, fast forward to yesterday, husband had same, poor experience. Go elsewhere for your inspection, car servicing needs, you'll have a much better experience
