Took my pups here to be fixed. The staff was friendly and the surgery was good. However I made the mistake and do not recommend booking one on a Wednesday. Apparently they close early which is cool but they gave me my dog back while she was still out from the surgery. They did give me detailed instructions but it just was kind of disappointing I paid nearly $500 and they couldn't stay an extra 5 minutes to let her wake up in a proper setting. The second one we took was not like that he was completely awake and all upon leaving. Otherwise Dr. And staff again we're super friendly and very good with our dogs.

I cannot say enough good things about this animal hospital. If your animals need help, call them. My daucshund had a spinal issue and was in a lot of pain, his old vet said "sorry, no appointments for 2 weeks", animal hospital of emporia said, "Bring him as soon as you can" I am a loyal customer now. Darby loves them ❤️

I won't advise anyone to use this place. l carried my Frenchie to this place for a C-section. All 11 of my puppies died the same day. They gave me all kinds of excuses for the cause of them doing so. I was asked to take the Mom and puppies home 1 hour after the C-section. If this is a hospital then why couldn't the Mom and puppies stay at least a few hours after. Disappointed and dissatisfied with this so called place of business. I will never bring any animal here again.

The staff is so nice and friendly there. They also take their time and explain things to you. The doctor is also very nice. I feel so comfortable taking my pet there. I have moved 90 miles away and I still drive back to Emporia to visit their animal hospital. 5 stars all day in my book for the animal hospital of Emporia. .
