Terrible manufacturers. Bought a couch six months ago and they have already been to my house twice to service noisy springs. Every time I sit or move the springs make a noise.. money down the drain.

I bought a Rowe sofa years ago. It had the big tufted cusions that flipped over the armrests. They certainly don't make them like that anymore. Cheezy, sterile looking furniture made NOT TO LAST.

When working there, i was trying to stay positive due to the position i was in and they pulled me in to their office and told me to quit being positive but not to beat myself up over anything. To me thats poor management because being in a team means everyone uplifts everyone not try to drag someone down for trying to be positive. Thank you for just letting me go cause no one there is truly happy working there anyway especially when management is trying so hard to bring a person down when there already at their lowest.

Took over 6 months to get my sofa, and after 3 months of use it looked old and the feathers were coming out and poking us. I was in love with the floor level and the fabric that came was not the same. This is the worst purchase I even made and I spent over 6,000 dollars. They also do not return calls or emails regarding the warranty, very bad service and their resellers cannot really help us when it is an issue with warranty.

Lacking quality. We purchased 2 Rowe sofas from Hamilton Sofa (Rockville, MD). The front legs on the first one (a Martin queen sleeper) have collapsed after about 5 years and this sofa gets little use as it's in our living room. The second one we purchased several years ago (a My Style 2) is in our den and gets more use yet the cushions have never settled in. If you sit near the middle of the sofa, you roll into the middle where the cushions meet.

***DO NOT BUY FROM THEM***Where to begin! We built a new home and we were so excited for a new custom sofa, and we chose Rowe! After lots of back and forth on which performance fabric we wanted (kids and dogs!!)....We ordered our Rowe sofa in June. On 8/18 our sofa (which we paid almost $400 to ship) arrived. Upon unwrapping the sofa, we realized that the sofa slip cover had been made improperly. They acknowledged the error after I sent pictures. They sent out a call tag and asked me to box up the slipcover. I left the box on the porch and they came, but just left the label on my porch. Two days later I realized they were not coming back, so I went to UPS myself and it shipped to Rowe. They said I would have the defected slip cover fixed and sent back within 7 days. We were okay with this and excited to start decorating around our beautiful new sofa!Well, that was Oct 1st and today is Nov. 13th. Since Oct 5th we have been trying to get an update. I was told the slip cover was fixed, but they were waiting on a sofa frame to be sure it fit. Then the back to back bs and lies started. I was told I could have a new slip cover sent out (so a different color and fabric from what I ordered).WHY would I want a different slip cover? This was never asked about. It was nothing I asked for or requested. I was then told the slip cover was never fixed. I guess they ran out of fabric on the actual fabric I purchased, and they thought I would take a different slip cover and they could be done!? Then I was told it could have possibly been tossed out! Yesterday I was told they would send the defected slip cover back to me, and they would issue a PARTIAL refund for the sofa. TODAY I am told that in order to get a partial refund I need to coordinate goodwill or some type of donation to come pick up the sofa and put the donation in Rowe's name and then send them a picture of it in Rowe's name before they can send me a partial refund. I have called and asked to speak with the head of customer service. I am always told she is on a call or in a meeting. Its a big game to them. If you are looking for a new sofa, and considering Rowe just do your self a favor and move on to another designer. I would hate for someone else to go through what we have gone through; especially during this COVID time where we all want to stay home snuggle on a sofa b/c we cant go anywhere!!!

Ordered and paid for a chair in June 2020. Was told it would be 45-60 days. It is now nearly the end of October and still no chair. Store has no idea what the hold up is. Called the customer service rep that they provided number for. No response. Store says their "cue" says its in the warehouse waiting to be shipped. Same thing we were told a month ago. Pretty fed up with this company. Had planned to order more for a room, but we are done with Rowe. 4months and counting now.

I purchased a sectional from the Robin Bruce line of Rowe Furniture about 2 years ago. Six to eight months in the upholstry started to pill. The retailer could not and would not help me. After multiple attempts to contact Rowe with concern over their product I purchased, I gave up. They never returned my email. It looks horrible!! Since we spent a fortune on the sofa I still have it unfortunately. I would not recommend their products nor will I purchase something from them again!

I have had Rowe couch and loveseat for over 7 years and it still looks and feels like new. Wonderful quality and construction.

I purchased a Rowe sofa off Wayfair five years ago. It has held up beautifully. The fabric is gorgeous and everyone always comments on this sofa. I'm from Virginia and was very excited to find a company building beautiful sofas in Virginia. I've watched my friends purchase sofas from big box retailers and they're buying new sofas every other year. My Rowe sofa still looks like the day I bought it.

I purchased a Rowe chair and a half 15 months ago, from an at area store which is now out of business. The fabric on the chair is fraying, but when I contact Customer Service they repeatedly tell me “pilling†isn't covered under warranty. “Frayingâ€is completely different than “pilling.†The structure has also deteriorated and it is uncomfortable. Multiple emails with the company have only yielded a replacement cover so they can test the the fabric for “pilling.†The replacement is a different dye lot and doesn't match. AND, that isn't even where the fabric is frayed!! So very frustrating, with no retailer to support me. This company definitely doesn't produce a quality product, nor do they stand behind their mistakes.

We purchased a Rowe sofa for over $3k less than a year ago. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable and is already falling apart. The floor model sat differently than ours, so we upgraded to down inserts hoping it would be more comfortable..it is still hard as a rock. We have already had a repairman out to our home to fix broken springs and bolts on the chaise.. but now the sofa now squeaks and sinks at the back. My husband and I agree that this is the worst purchase we have made for our home... BEWARE.
