Horrible company! We called for oil delivery two weeks ago and were told it would be five business days. For some reason they never came out and when we called Wednesday they told us we had to get some equipment they called a whistler. We said ok but then it was still going to take five business days after that was done. We asked why they couldn't deliver oil at the same time. Now because they've wasted our time, we're going to run out of oil. Don't use this company they are not worth the headache. Way to let a long time customer down! BTW, we were with Dixie and Quarles bought them out. Proof that bigger is NOT better.

"Supervisor" Rob came to do a pressure check. Showed up without tools to do so and said he'd reschedule it. Nope. Sent him back to shop for the tools to come back. He signed off as if he came in to check appliance, he did not. Also insisted to get the fill I had to sign a new contract. Partner had done all this online and was livid he created more bills. The fill was prepaid 2 weeks prior and day of fill I was handed a $250 bill. As soon as the fill was done I smelled gas. I asked the tech to look at the gas logs because I was concerned. Was told the smell will fade all ok. I had windows open and still smelled it, headache and all. I left and came back, still smells. Called to have it checked and asked not to send Rob as even the other techs told me he's clueless. Guess who came? Rob says no gas leak and no smell. Blames it on my air freshners. Wasn't till partner brought up a lawyer and calling the fire department that he says oh wait, now I'm getting readings of 150 to 180. He is no help and just takes connector of the tank and leaves. He admits he could detect it outside but the leak is inside??????So a SUPERVISOR that should have more experience ok'd us to have a tank filled, filed fraudulent paperwork and left us open to gas steadily filling our home. Thanks jerk. Learn your job.Pathetic joke. Sad when your own employees say, "welcome to Quarles, we're sure to disappoint you".

Terrible customer service and poor communication. The website says I am "ineligible to order oil" but no explanation and my account is paid. Customer service just keeps passing me around until I'm stuck on a voicemail. Time to move on.

Very difficult to work with. Canceled payment plan with no explanation and demanded >$2K be paid at once. Terrible customer service.

A year ago, this company failed to deliver fuel to my house, claimed it was delivered, sent people out to my house to confirm that my fuel tank was empty, and still tried to say that I had lied and was trying to get free fuel. After a few nights of filling up my tank with diesel cans, they finally brought fuel to me but never admitted any wrongdoing.Today marks 2 weeks since I initially called in my order to get my tank filled this year. I called yesterday for the status of my order, from 2 weeks ago, only to find out that it hadn’t been delivered because the tank was “inaccessible.” Weird, because the tank is in the same place it’s always been, with no obstacles, and even weirder that no one bothered to call me or leave a note and let me know a delivery was attempted or to follow up with me in any way. And here I was being patient.So they guaranteed yesterday that my fuel would be delivered today.Well, I just got home from work, and guess what I don’t have?Take your money elsewhere. This place will steal from you.

This fuel company is underhanded, dishonest, and poorly managed. We have had MULTIPLE instances of this company breaking promises, attempting to steal money, and being late (not like, a day or two late— I’m talking a week or more late….) in delivering fuel during cold parts of the year. It should have been a red flag when our fuel was delivered to the wrong house and the manager roundabout accused my family of stealing fuel and acted as though they were not going to make good on the issue. Now, we have waited over two weeks for fuel. When we called the office to find out what the issue was, they claimed our fuel tank was “inaccessible”- our tank has been in the same place all five years that they have been delivering to us, with no obstruction, and we never received a courtesy call to let us know the delivery was unsuccessful. It is common sense and common decency to call a customer when there’s an issue. We were promised a next-day delivery and, unsurprisingly, we have no fuel the next day and the office is closed. I cannot believe the incompetency and lack of leadership the individuals in this company show.Do not use this company. They are dishonest and poorly run, they will happily take your money and run.

Horrible company!! Delivered propane to the house across the street and still fought me on the charges. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER do any business with them ever again!! Blossman propane is a much much better option in this area.
