My appointment was Wednesday at 11 am. I was in the area, called, and they took me in a day earlier and got me loaded... The staff was courteous and friendly. The directions were all on a printout and made the experience smooth. Everything the staff said they did... great place to pickup from.

Awesome place to pick up , came here 24 hours early and got loaded , it took them 3 hours but I am happy. Not saying that will happen to everyone but just letting you know that this could happen to you too.

Very fast loading process. Amazing staff. Got here 2 1/2 hours early and left within 30 minutes of being here. Highly recommend coming back

Came for a pickup on a Saturday was told the production line is down so I got to wait.. been here for over 24 hours no word not yet loaded.. whole weekend waiting

I arrived at 8:30pm for a 9am next day load..EVERYTHING IS PERFECT HERE!!! CLEARLY MARKED & UNDERSTANDABLE SIGNAGE..EASY CHECK IN..TRAILER LOADED IN ABOUT AN HR..TOOK 10 BREAK ON SITE..CLEAN DRIVERS LOUNGE & RESTROOM..DONT YOU AND YA NASTY TRUCKER WAY MESS IT UP..CHECK IN WAS QUICK POLITE PROFESSIONAL AND FRICKIN FRIENDLY...I SWEAR EVERY SHIPPER/ RECEIVER SHOULD BE 1/2 AS GOOD..THANK YOU FOR THE FABULOUSEXPERIENCE..IF THERE ARE ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS, THEY ARE LYING..

Shipper is 24/7 i arrived a day befomy appointment. Check in by entrance . Go straight colse to the end of driveway. Slide tandems., drop it. Come to bobtail parking thry will call you once loaded. So organized will come again

Can't complain. Appointment was at 1300 but I didn't arrive until 1330. Was skeptical because the line was a little long. But they do have two lines. It went by pretty quickly. You have to pull to the stop sign first before checking into the guard shack. They had my load completed around 1525. When you have a 'Live Load' you drop your trailer and go to the bobtail location across from the Driver's Lounge. Driver's lounge is next to the stop sign where you pull to at the entrance.

2nd time I've been here for a drop and hook. Employees are super friendly, but I have never in my life seen a check out line this long. Its literally wrapped from the entire length of the building, throughthe back lot, then up the length of the building again. I've been in line for 30 minutes and I've barely made it through the back lot into the main line.

Showed up 14 hours early for my 6pm appointment. Since I was running on recaps and had only 2 more hours to drive, I wouldn't have cared if it took all day. But an hour and 15 minutes later, they called and said I was ready. Not sure if it was because I loaded on Saturday or if it was because it was so early in the morning, but there was no line checking in or out.

No Complaints Here. Pick up load 8hrs early load was ready. Nice People here.
