For someone using his close relationship with Jesus to build trust with customers i received Ridiculously bad customer service and felt jerked around through it all. Meadows engineer service won’t take accountability for their sloppy work and shows no desire to make it better. My truck spent a full year at his shop and old parts were replaced with new. Less than a year later and fewer than 3000 easy and carefully driven miles since the work, i now have leaking fluids in three places where again it looks like sloppy work. Even bolts that should have been torqued down were loose with my hands and others had spinning washers. And again meadows is “just too busy” to make it better. he said he could do it next week and would call me at the beginning of this week. Did he call me back? Nope. So now I’m stuck having to pay another mechanic to fix meadows engine services sloppy work. I regret putting my trust into meadows engine service and i wish I had spent my $15000 dollars elsewhere because right now I’m stuck with a truck in newer but not in exactly better driving condition.

I was a regular there but not anymore. Took it there to have some work done( brakes)and they opened my sunroof and left it open as it sat outside through 3 Rain Storms ,flooding my passenger side floor but Denied it and pulled it inside. They said I did it, HOW CAN I do it , YOU HAD THE ONLY KEY!!!!. GO figure that one out Kemper.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very friendly service. They immediately knew what the problem was, even though a couple of other places had either not known or completely misdiagnosed the issue. They fixed it quickly, and even did a couple of extra things to avoid more problems down the road, all for a very fair price. They went above and beyond, and we will definitely be going back!
