“The employees at this store are SUPER helpful! I have been to this store about a dozen times and as soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted and asked if you need help. If you're looking for something specific, rather than telling you where it is, they walk you over to the exact location of the item you're looking for and they find it for you. During one trip, I needed a new water shut off valve in a weird size (for iron pipe) and the employee took his time helping me figure out exactly what I needed. Apparently 1/2" copper and 1/2" iron are not the same size.”

“The co-op has been great to work with ordering in Kalmbach Feeds for our small farm. We had been driving to Culpeper each month to pick up feed from another co-op, but being able to stay local and get better service is so nice.Every time I order, our feed arrives the next week and while I do have to call and check on our order - it’s always ready to go when I do arrive to pick up.It’s also one of the only feed stores I’ve ever been to that has a foot wash at the door. Kudos to them for helping us farmers maintain biosecurity!”
