My husband ordered a center console part for his 93 Pony so he would have cup holders and an usb port. The part arrived a lot quicker than expected. Will order more parts in the future. Will also recommend Blue Oval Industries to family and friends.

Dishonest seller, does business under multiple names doesn’t honor return policies. They sell items on Amazon and their return policy clearly states there says nothing about restocking fees. They even admitted to that in correspondence.

Not as described. A set of 4 caps is 4 caps, 4, not 1 single cap, it's 4 center caps. I received only one cap, and the seller did not want to fix this issue and only came up with excuses to correct the order. The paperwork clearly says a kit of 4 pce and there is also a picture of the item with 4 center caps and still only sent me 1 cap. S T A Y A W A Y from this company.

This was my first order and it couldn't have gone better. Email them first about the item, received email back within 1hr. I love that's there's not a shipping charge on the part and everything went smoothly. I have plans to order more

Can say, I don’t understand the negative feedback I’ve heard about this company. I ordered twice and both times the company got the stuff out SAME DAY! Both came in in excellent condition and packaging! I ordered a tail light lense for my foxbody and installed it! Here are pictures!! Will definitely do more business

Blue Oval is great! I have gotten parts off them many times and they are always on top of my order. They have great customer service and knowledge.They are also a great asset in the community. Their business works hard to be involved in Elkton and the surrounding places. They are a great example of a thriving business that cares about people and product.

Found what I wanted on their web site. Placed an order and they took money via PayPal. A few days later I received an email stating the order was canceled. No explanation. Tried to contact somebody at the business but had to wait many hours for a reply via email Supposedly their inventory didn't match the website and they issued a refund via electronic check which took 5 days to clear. Not a good experience.
