“Never planned to have our car suddenly overheat as we crossed the mountain on 33…. We were on a weekend get away to celebrate our 40th anniversary, and were on our way to the air bnb when we ran into trouble. Pulled over up the road at Advance and let it cool down, bought coolant and tried to drive it again. Nope. Thank goodness for this great little shop! They were open until 6:00, and at 5:15 we pulled in asking for help. So gracious, so thorough, so honest. Spent about an hour with us troubleshooting. Don was wonderful and kept telling us what he was looking for and why, informing us with every step he was taking. I can’t say enough good things about him! They very easily could have turned us away saying they were closing up for the evening and on a FRIDAY, but they took care of us kindly and completely. Made sure we knew they Saturday hours in case we had any other concerns.”
