“I go to this store religiously and have always had amazing service! Store manager Vanessa is so sweet and if I need to find something she will walk me to the area and she always is smiling and is an amazing store manager! Ross, Lisa, Austin and Samantha are just so nice when I go in, I’m a talker and usually can talk for way too long (lol) and they are always polite, kind and very knowledgeable about locations of the items in their store. The store is always clean and aisles are always clear so you can easily navigate the store. Since I live in town, I always go to the Family Dollar for all my basic item needs. You can just feel the positive and friendly environment as soon as you enter the store. You are greeted by everyone, and they all really enjoy their job and it shows in their excellent customer service. So if you have a choice, I personally recommend going in to shop there. Of course these are my opinions about my personal experience with shopping there. So they have made me a loyal customer.
