This used to be a good company when Kenny was still there. At the last startup they misdiagnosed a problem, and charged me for work that wasn't necessary. I had to bring another company in to fix their mess. When confronted they denied that they did anything wrong. I was willing to partially pay the exorbitant bill they sent me to cover the routine start up work but not for extra work which was not indicated. In fact the pressure valve they replaced burned out right away because there was another problem that they failed to appreciate. They claimed the system was fine when they left, but they only briefly ran each sprinkler head. The symptom they missed was that the sprinkler would run fine for a few minutes, but then stop for a few minutes, and this kept repeating. They failed to accept responsibility for this, and were unwilling to compromise. Also, they seem to be understaffed, because they couldn't even start my system until June, and when I told them of the problem I was having, they were also slow to respond, which is why I had to bring in another company asap to save my dying lawn.
