I called my insurance agent and asked for towing service. They arranged for my car to picked up and delivered the day before my car was service for my appointment. I had this insurance for several years but did not realize how convenient and inexpensive it was to the point there was no charge. I have triple A but now I know to call for General towing & Recovery through my insurance. The service was great and so was the hospitality. I gotta sing their praises. They are fantastic!!! I called them around 11:15 pm today because I got stuck in a ditch. They were so willing to come out. I could not even get the towing companies in the Northern Neck to even answer my phone call. I highly recommend them and their towing rates are very reasonable. I would recommend this towing company because they are so willing to help you no matter the time or place. 5 stars!!!!Services: Special vehicle towing

Called my insurance company‘s roadside service this morning. My vehicle was picked up by General Towing and Recovery and towed just a few hours later. They had to drive about 40 miles or so to get to my home. I’m very pleased and highly recommend this business.Service: Car towing
