Did not open on time. Waited for 15 min after the opening time and it still was not open. I had to leave without getting the services. Wasted half an hour to drive here and wait.

How long is lunch break? I arrived at 1:25 pm on Tuesday, September 19, but there was a handwritten sign saying, “Closed for lunch until 2:30 pm.” The official lunch hours are not posted anywhere. Not online. Not at the window. I understand it’s a single-person operation, but the hours should be posted. And if the lunch break is indeed from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, then don’t break for lunch at 1:25 pm.

This post office does allow you to hand cancel your wedding invitations or anything with a wax seal. They give you the stamp and you stamp them all and place them in a bin. Was quick and easy.

The location is pretty convenient however the service here is garbage. I’ve been here many times and multiple times the person up front is either not helpful or missing for periods of time. The attitude of service is also quite poor. Dear usps please train your employees to be more customer service friendly

Lazy. Slow and unavailable. At the end of my patience with this location. Whenever I try to go here during my lunch hour there is never anyone there. I’ve seen dozens of people walk away during the afternoon because of this. The next closest post office with a person on site is down on Rt. 50. It’s a nightmare for people who live and work around the Rt. 7 / Tyson’s Mall area. They need to have at least 2-3 people on site. You offer a public service and the public expects someone to be available. I will be submitting a complaint to USPS.

Rude and unorganized post office needs to replace the guy in there. The post office is a clown show at that location.
