Tonight 8/1/24 a very rude Indian man at the register by the back entrance door told me that his register was closed because it's 8pm, it was 7:55pm, his coworker that was at the door (very courteous and reminded us the door closes at 8 when we walked in) told him that he should take customers til 8pm because that's when the doors close, we were the only people in line..then comes another lady with a cart that had spoken with a manager in the front and he then tells me that she was in line before us and we would have to go to the other registers because by the time we got to the register he would be closed.
Now, I understand I was pushing it close, but this cashier wouldn't know the difference between tone and approach if they hit him in the face with it. What happened to customer service in the Dumfries location???
I would like to thank the gentleman at the door tonight for trying to help...but like the cashier said "you are not his manager".
Wow...and this is why I just closed my walmart card and so glad I have Amazon Prime.

Its only the dumfries walmart location that I have experienced this. whenever you go and buy stuffs the product/ box may be missing some items. Before you return the item they may have to go back and run their security camera to make sure you did not steal the missing products from the box you are returning. Worst experience ever.

Self checkout lines are long. the line gose almost to the back of the store store seem to be clean when I visit. The parking lot is a mess.

I really love visiting, I always find what I need. I like that if you want to bring something that contains liquor, they ask for identification.

OMG. This place is literally horrifying. I was looking around in the Girls Clothing section in a hurry. I was trying to find a quick outfit for my sister and noticed theres not a single pair of pants that aren’t booty shorts. My family is religious so we dress modestly. After looking around for 5 minutes I finally find an employee. I ask her “Where are the leggings?”. This employee just looks at me and points in a random direction. I go and I look around for a while until I realized they literally aren’t here. I go back to the employee and tell her the leggings aren’t there. She proceeds to start talking sassily to me and tells me to go into the Women's Clothing section. I’m STILL looking until I find a random, tagless pair of leggings. I go back to the employee and tell her these are the only pair of leggings I found and asked if she could help me to find more. She shrugs and tells me “I told you so.”, and walks away while saying something in a different language. I’m also gonna mention how theres no employees around the store except for the front, that specific employee was restocking stuff and was probably the only employee not near the registers. This area has a lot of weird and rude people. DEFINITELY would not recommend.

Tried to pick up my Walmart order that was marked “picked up” when it in fact was not, and could not get ANY department to answer before I went to the store. The ONLY reason it got the 2 stars that it did, is because this was my childhood Walmart. Do better

Syid if I spelt it right is a recite checker who checked this man’s recite then re checked it because he didn’t realize it was the cart behind him the man already had showed him a receipt with nothing in his hands very unprofessional
