Nope. Skip it. Gel polish is old and bubbles. Acrylic raised after 4 days, not to mention all of your fingers will be cut up. Just don't.

Hailey does absolutely amazing every single time! She is very professional and so kind. Throughout every appointment I have had with her, she constantly asks if I like what she has done to make sure I am happy. She makes me very comfortable. You don't have to be nervous to ask her to change something, she listens and is quick to do whatever you ask of her. I have been going to Hailey for over a year now. I am satisfied with her work every time. Definitely book with her, 10/10 would recommend!

i usually enjoy going to the salon since it is close to me, but my last visit was on excusably horrible. I decided to get a normal part instead of gel, and I had to sit there for an hour and a half before they took it off to redo it because it wasn't drying. So then I just sit there again for maybe like 45 minutes so in total I was there for 2 1/2 hours for a normal pedicure. They were apologizing, but i'm not returning

I booked a gel full. The quality of the service was bad. My nails looked like they were done by a 5 year old. They were different lengths and shape's. But the bigger issue is that my cuticle was clipped which caused pain and bleeding that the technician tried to ignore until I asked for an antiseptic to stop the bleeding. I should have walked out however, they provided a service albeit bad service that wasn't worth the drama. I believe my tech was the owner. I will never go back and of course there was no tip . I had to pay another shop to do them over. Worst experience ever. Stay away. You could sense they were rushing to keep the chairs filled. I had an appointment but had to wait 29 minutes regardless.

I was told over the phone that I can come in for for a soak off but was denied multiple times while sitting in the chair at the salon. My acrylics were ripped off my nails and the service was very painful even after I said it hurt.

Service with a smile I have been coming to Vivian's at the Montclair Shopping Center since Feb 2023 and I always leave 100% satisfied! My go to person is Hailey. She's always cheerful, listen's to my needs, and takes pride in her work. Clean location, attentive techs, quality service and optimal pricing. I will continue to go here for all of my nail needs as long as Hailey is there

We had the worst service on 3/19/24. 3 of us had appointments at 5. We were taken back 15 mins late and left soaking for pedicures for 1 hour before anyone even talked to us. There were dirty utensils in the drawers that when realized they were dirty... they were just put back in the drawer. We were then rushed thru our service ... as others swept around us . They closed one hour early. We have been going together to this salon for years but we won't be back. If I could give zero stars I would.

Writing this review on behalf of my mom. She already left her review. She also called the spa to voice her concerns and they tried to gaslight her and say this wasn’t the spa she went to. After she clearly and calmly recollected her experience they realized their Jedi mind trick didn’t work and tried to buy her off with a gift card. Considering that she will never go there again, i don’t know why they thought that would help. Either way, please save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

I had a manicure and it was the worst experience ever. The lady who did my nails never said a word to me. A smile and hello would have been nice. When she trimmed my cuticles she cut 4 of my fingers. I literally got in my car with bleeding cuticles. The bowl she soaked my hands in was not cleaned after it was used. Just dumped out the water and put the bowl under the sink. I will never ever do this again!

My daughter recently went to get her eyebrows waxed on 2/17/24 and this is how badly they burned her. Gave her a whole second eyebrow. Terrible! Never again. She won't be back.

Always had a great experience at this place, but today not so much. For an acrylic refill I usually pay $45. Today, I was charged $55, and the person that did my nails took a long time to complete, & my nails didn't come out as neat as usual, but thick and uneven. I thought I found my nail spot, but I can not go back to pay $55, & be unhappy with results

Had the worst experience of my life here! Paid $40 for a manicure that would’ve looked better if I put stickers of circles on my fingers. Staff was very unfriendly and I’m 60% sure they were talking bad about me because I asked for a different color (they gave me coral when I asked for light pink). Will not be going here again. Save yourself!!!!
