Terrible...my medication was delivered to the wrong address, signed for by someone who I don't know and continues to be lost. I don't even need to list the myriad of ways that this is unacceptable. Reading addresses is not that hard. Confirming last names is not that hard. It also appears a child signed for it...a prescription. Do better.

The worst usps store ever. The employees are too rude. If you question their methods, they will simply ask you to leave and go to another store. Way too rude with every single customer.

if I could give this place zero stars I would.. The african american girl with the big lashes at the front everyone probably knows who im talking about is the rudest most unprofessional person i’ve ever met. I needed help with a package she told me it’s common sense she has no manners she doesn’t know how to talk to people honestly she needs to be fired she is being this establishment down.. her attitude stinks literally she has been here since I’ve been a kid and she has always had this attitude she needs to be trained better or she just needs to stay in the back because it’s disgusting

Worst USPS ever!!!! There are these two light skinned girls at the counter, they talk too fast and they are so rude! I went there today and when you ask for any information especially from the one with yellowish braids, they answer roughly . They have no desire to help and every time I feel treated like an idiot. Being an African who makes and fully accepts this comment, this USPS should consider being less colorist and engaging other types of color. Perhaps more diversity would make a bit of a change.

Today, Saturday, May 20, 2023, I went to send a package to my country and Mrs. Mrs. took great care of me. Alice assisted me and helped me with the shipping, very excellent and thanks to her and her partner, thank you very much.

Sofia was wonderful and resolved my change of address issue. Her associate at the time 2:30 on 8/9 who refused to give me her name was rude, sarcastic, angry and frankly racist. I have been to this location 4 times this week and received outstanding resolved service until this time. And no I will not be returning. And yes I will be filing a former complaint. What a terrible associate and attitude. She is not there to help or resolve your concerns

Tamika in the window in the morning is nasty, rude & very unprofessional!!! And same as there Postmaster Carrenza ( not setting no example for her employees)! Tamika was going back and fourth with me while a customer was at her window . When i specifically said multiple times to stop talking to me u have a customer I’m talking to your supervisor. She continued to be real nasty & disrespectful!

That black lady at the front desk should be changed she’s so rude and not helpful especially when you ask her a question . she made me drive to a far usps location just to avoid seeing her face . If you hate the job get another one we are not to be blamed
