Just go to the stonebridge location! There’s a women at this location with terrible customer service that my husband and myself have experienced and witnessed on separate, multiple occasions. Plus the other location isn’t going to charge you for the littlest amount of tape. I wouldn’t be suprised if she’s the owner of this location. And more surprisingly she still works there with her attitude. Look at the other negative reviews, they’re all referring to her.

I recently moved to the area and this local UPS has the kindest employees. I’ve came here multiple times after work to make (several) Amazon returns and they are patient, friendly, and cordial. Really pleasant experience every time I’ve came.

I tried to do an Amazon pick up delivery and when I placed my order Amazon said I just have to bring my I.D and confirmation number and make sure the name on the I.D is the name on the package. I went on 2 different occasions and both times they followed different procedures. The 1st time I understood the name on my I.D didnt match the one on the package because it was my wifes name, that was my mistake, I did give the confirmation number but didnt matter because the names didnt match, understandable, my wife came in and showed her I.D and told the lady that the address was her grandparents and they gave us the package no problem. The 2nd time I made sure it was my name that is on my I.D with the confirmation number but I was given a hard time because I needed a payment of a bill associated with the address on the account, I told the lady that this was not asked the 1st time and she said that she has to follow procedures which is understandable but I just wished that the 1st lady and 2nd lady were on the same page about how to follow this procedure so I could know how to go about it correctly. I was given my package but the situation was frustrating. Amazon doesnt state that I have to present a proof of address, just my I.D and confirmation number. All employees should be on the same page from the beginning.

This is the third time a specific employee denied my Amazon return for one reason or another. Twice she demanded I print a label at home even though the Amazon return says ups print. She just seems rude and unhelpful every time. Other employees have taken my returns just fine. Idk ??♀️

Clerk had a bad attitude and threw my box that clearly had “FRAGILE” written all over it. There was no one else in the store, but she was acting like she was in a rush from the moment I came in. Would rather use the UPS Store in Stafford off Route 1 next time - far more pleasant experience.

Great place. Brought them a project for several small spiral bound books. They came out great. Team was prompt, Professional and the books were extremely well received by my team. Great staff. Great results. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome! A package had been delivered to the wrong house. After filling out the online form on the UPS claims center website, calling the company I ordered from, and being told it would take 8-15 days before I'd hear back from someone,.... I finally called the UPS Store at Fortuna Center. They took my information and within 20 minutes a UPS driver came to my door, figured out which house it went to, picked my package up and brought it to me! NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Thank you so much Ups friends at Fortuna, and our local delivery guy. YOU ROCK!

Great customer service! We arrived few minutes before closing feeling bad for being last minute but UPS employees were very nice and helpful. They helped us send an item and gave us quotes on our larger item.

This place is a JOKE!! They never accept any Amazon packages, you always have to do something else to the package & they always have it available to you for an extra fee!! Even Amazon has said they are requiring things they don’t!!
