4/29/24 at 4:30. Poor customer service. Employee was very difficult to work with and unwilling to provide assistance with loading a large piece of furniture into my car because she said they were very busy. She was disrespectful when she spoke to me and made me feel as if my purchase was not important. I thought customer service representatives were supposed to be helpful and kind. Instead, she was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive.

My neighborhood Target is always the go-to place for me for most of my needs (and wants). The staff is friendly and helpful and I know I can find just about anything there at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Really happy about the service I received here on 12/23 at 7am. Everyone was nice and helpful. I couldn’t remember the lady who helped me with my pickup order in electronics today, but she had the absolute best service.

It's Target. Usually well stocked with helpful staff. Much better than the one by the mall (IMO) and the nearby Walmart. Limited fresh food stock, but the rest is goodThe Starbucks inside can be really really slow.

I arrived prior to my pick up order for one item being completed. I went to customer service desk with the item to fullfil it /mark as picked up. Customer service employee was just increasingly difficult. She asked me to cancel my order and buy it at store; I mentioned it was a same day pick up beauty item with 25% off for pick up .She said , I’d either have to come back for my item (which is in my hands) once the order is completed hours later or buy it at the store price (no discount or price match). She was not willing to help in any way. Ofcourse, I walked away.

Decent Target. Giving a little slack because I was followed by a really creepy guy here once and the employees were quick to respond and help out. The makeup and shoe areas are typically very messy. Not unusual to see empty makeup packaging stuffed in places due to theft, unfortunately. I am only slightly embarrassed to say how much time I have spent in this store. Bathrooms are decent. Starbucks and other Target employees are usually pretty nice. Sometimes the produce can be sketchy so be sure to check throughly.
