Tried using them to fix my Tesla, I was told they couldn’t do an estimate and would order parts based on the photos I submitted. I was told to tow my car to my garage and wait 2-6 months for parts to come in. The “Tesla” expert told me they have a Tesla contract and aren’t allowed to keep cars for over 2 months so that is why I needed to put my un-drivable car in my garage. This place is extremely unprofessional and had no idea how to handle the insurance claim. They may be able to fix your small scratch, but definately don’t use them if you have any damage beyond small cosmetic damage.

The best customer service car repair shop I have used in over 30 years. Professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They get you in and out. Definitely recommending to others and will use them again if / when needed.

Dropped off my Tesla for a front bumper collision, and the turnaround was super fast. They were very helpful with the whole process as this is my first time dealing with an accident as I’m only 21 years old I was worried, but they assured me from start to finish. Even when I was having trouble with getting a rental from insurance confusion, they called me to make sure that I got home safe as I didn’t walk back in. So all around they are very good people and I can recommend them to the fullest!
