Brianna Little and Daniel Theiss are the dynamic due of NVR Mortgage. They were both extremely easy to work with, very responsive to calls a/o emails, and both so positive in the day-to-day process of our new build. We always received answers to our questions and received the best guidance from these two in how we handled the process, every step of the way. They were both warm and friendly and never made us feel like we were a bother, even when they were answering questions that we had asked months before. Just closed on our new home and the entire process with Ryan was flawless. Ryan strikes me as a well organized, finely tuned “machine” that keeps you informed and then delivers what and when they said would be delivered. The sales process, the loan process, the build process and the closing were all handled masterfully. Kudos to Brianna, Justin, Lorraine and others at NVR mortgage for making the process easy and efficient! Now on to moving into and living in our new home!

This review is on everyone who played a part in the purchase of my new home in Locust Grove, VA.
I made it to Closing on 16 January 2024 with Leisel Johnson from NVR and I wanted to thank everyone who played a part in getting me my Keys to my New Home.
My Realtor, Hoa Rose Phuong, Samson Properties, proved to be the calming force for me for the entire process of selling my Townhouse in Lorton, VA and putting me in contact with Ryan Homes to purchase my new Home in Locust Grove, VA. It’s been over thirty years since I went through the Home Buying Process, and I wasn’t looking forward to the challenges facing me. But with the help of my friend Norma Edwards, I couldn’t have been more pleased with Closing and especially with how the entire Ryan Team worked to help make my dreams come true.
Cheryl Hoffman was the first person I met when I toured Ryan Homes’ Twin Lake Villas 55+ Community in Locust Grove. Cheryl’s straightforward approach to home buying convinced me that Locust Grove was the place for me.
Woody Woodyard and his Construction Team are fantastic. Whenever I talked with them, they made me feel that my house was the only house they were working on. And the weekly photos Woody provided couldn’t have been timelier in boosting my spirits when it seemed like construction was taking forever.
The NVR Team of Ryan Brockway, Leisel Johnson, Lorraine Reyes, and Amie Farmer have been nothing short of outstanding. There were a ton of documents they generated for my review and electronic signature, but they always were available to answer any questions I had, and I had plenty of them. Without the NVR Team keeping me informed from the initiation of my Mortgage through Closing, I would have surely lost my mind.
This has been over a seven-month trip for me and along the way my anxiety would come and go and every time I was feeling down, I’d get an email update from Cheryl or pictures from Woody that would help bring me back to reality.
Thanks to everyone, I truly appreciate all your hard work.

Alex Quirk was truly a Godsend for my recent new construction purchase. She makes a wonderful first impression as you embark upon the NVR loan process. She has such a wonderful personality and it was clear that she enjoys her career and being of service to others. In our first meeting, she was patient, actively listened, and provided me with comprehensive information, recommendations, and great tools that allowed me to make the right decisions tailored to my financial situation. her communication stills are stellar. Loan approval is a process, but she ensured everything went smoothly with the preapprovals and underwriting - and was up for the challenge when I requested finalization so that I could "Close" 30 days earlier than originally projected. Alex and her colleagues, exceeded my expectations. I felt supported and confident every step of the way with my NVR loan experience, thanks to Alex.
