“My sons senior night for football was on a Friday. I ordered big heads from an individual and the quality was awful. I didn’t get the big heads from the individual until Thursday at 9pm. I emailed Jen at the UPS store that night, knowing they were closed. Jen responded to me an hour before they opened on Friday, assuring me that she could help me. She was able to get me all 16 big heads, of 12 different players, by 5pm! She saved the day and helped to make senior night special. Jen was very patient, helped work through picture quality issues and explained the process. The big heads were very well made. I highly recommend this store!!”

“A huge thank you to Chris for assisting me with an Amazon return. It was not an easy task for me. I started it out as a Staples return and Staples said the QR code wasn’t being accepted. I then called Amazon who changed the code to the UPS store. The code was still not being accepted by UPS. Chris went out of his way to do a work around and I was finally able to ship it.
