Edge car wash was amazing Dave came out and spoke to me about concerns I had with the button transmission I have and going through the car wash. We had a good laugh about it and he gave me a free car wash. They are kind and efficient car was nice and clean too. 5 out of 5 would recommend!

Went to get car washed around 3:30 pm yesterday and all week, especially due to snow, sand and salt, there was a long line for cars. I've been going there since they opened, and there are two ways (directions) to enter the car wash. The woman who claimed she was a manager said I could only go one way, and not to cut, when all week everyone could go both ways. This made a long line extending onto route 1 traffic which, by in itself is a hazard a traffic violation. There are no signs, no cones or anything and the manager was unprofessional. I usually have a pretty good experience, but have been noticing there are a few additional issues where the car wash shuts down while car is inside, there are not enough bottles of cleaner and people hog the bottles. They should not allow people to take the bottles to their cars. One of the kiosk to enter is sometimes down and the car is not fully dry when existing the car wash. Went today and was told the other kiosk to enter car wash was closed. I asked why and was told it was not taking money so it would work for members only. So I simply asked, why not have a sign for members only? They said they didn't what to have someone out there having to explain that. Her answer didn't make much sense as to why have long lines and inconvenience your customers because management was lazy to put a sign up!

The rates are decent for what you get, wish they had a detailing option, however, other than that good spot to get car cleaned, self vacuum and wipe down. The staff does not rush you so you really can take the time to get it all done.

I was greeted with kindness & the young men were very courteous. This was my first time there and I am very impressed with the wash, the free vacuum & the supplies offered to dry your car & wipe windows, etc.. I will be using this car wash more often

Friendly staff and gives me most of the necessities, I need to clean my car. What more could I ask for? I love coming to this car wash the only thing that might give them a little competition is I wish they had the air pressure like I seen others been incorporating into it but honestly that’s not even a big factor. It’s just be a cool add-on, still a five star express car wash in my opinion.Services: Vacuuming

I was glad when they arrived about a year ago but some kinks still need working out.The shop seems t be run by very young employees who are not empowered to unscrew any problems. The owner or managers are rarely around when things happen.There have been multiple times when myself and others have had to back out of an already cramped line because of some malfunction and there's no one there to address it.Also if you have the monthly plan and you have special plates it's hit or miss if the tag reader will read you plate triggering the gate to open. Every single time I have to sit and wait for someone to manually key in my tag number which happens to be three simple letters. I was told that a manager would call me to discuss but, well you know the rest.They seem to be a work in progress.

Best Carwash I’ve ever been to and I’m picky about how clean my car is. It’s honestly the only one that cleans even my rims and applies a perfect gloss on them that continues to look nice over a week later. The vacuum and interior supplies available to take care of the inside are an added bonus and they’re not those terrible vacuums with no suction.

Would like to speak to a district manager, or somebody. In the corporate office besides current location manager Mr. Kelley from the Dumfries Virginia location. Extremely bad service, where a customer does not come first. Even with vehicle damages due to machinery!! Was told he is a very busy man, and he would get to me when he can is what he told his employee to tell me. Stood by for approximately 45 minutes as manager was on location and still has not provided service with vehicle damages email has been sent to region.

This was my 10th time visiting the edge car wash. They got really cool washing area with different colour lights sparkling all the time. Most important was the staff working there, they really helped me a lot. Great service. Thanks for everything.Services: Polishing

My car was desperately in need of vacuuming, so I searched long and hard for places that don’t have weak suction or need me to keep putting coins in.The vacuums here are free with the purchase of any wash, the cheapest being $14. I opted for the slightly more expensive one just to see if it was worth getting it next time. The employee helping me was helpful and professional. Unlike similar car wash chains, the workers here don’t pressure you to buy the monthly pass or opt for the priciest one, which I appreciated. (Though I am tempted to maybe get the pass now after using the services…)The vacuums are AMAZING. Strong suction, to the point I almost sucked up my car seat covers. They have wide and thin nozzles available which made it easy to deep clean my car. There are even cloth wipes and a spray bottles readily available at each station. I’m writing this review just in case I forget the name/location, because I’m definitely planning on returning.

Best carwash in Northern VA!! Customer Service is as amazing as any Chick Fil A you'd visit. I would highly recommend getting a membership. $25.99/month for everyday use! In/out in less than 10 minutes as well as FREE vacuums, spray bottles, (glass cleaner & all purpose) and microfiber towels that seem like better quality than any name brand out there. People tend to take spray bottles and towels home which causes the business to run out or purchase lower quality.... THEY ARE COMPLIMENTARY/FREE TO USE NOT TAKE. Their current manager Chris Santiago was amazing, covered all of my questions without even asking him! Very professional and well-educated team I must say. I will most definitely be coming back to sign up. Check out their newest location in Stafford as well!!Services: Vacuuming

The new location on Garrisonville Road, Stafford, VA is not one of the options I could select. I also think you need better signage advertising the business. My car is nice and clean now.
