Reservation was easy to do online, but you should still call to insure that they got your reservation. Gabe at the front was honest with his answers and was very trustworthy, after paper work, he showed me to the storage and let me pick from what was available. The prices are super reasonable and they also have a promotion going for the first 2 months. We had to move in a hurry and having the unit made everything much easier. They close at 9pm which was the only bumber as I had more help at night. Overall a great experience and may keep the unit even after just for the convenience of it. You also get referral credit, so lol day I referred you ?

Signed the paperwork yesterday over the phone. When I looked over it again this morning I realized that this was an "interior" unit, but somehow it didn't specify climate controlled. Additionally I was being charged way above the rates posted online. I called back to confirm and was told that they had no units of a similar size that were climate controlled, and they could not "pro-rate" my transaction. They stated that had I called the day prior, they would have been able to refund my money. They could put me in a smaller unit, and somehow they would be able to figure that out but they couldn't refund my money.

Very friendly staff. Low rent. Great place. I looked at the other places for a while. They also offer military discounts. And really we're cheaper in the long run than all the other ones around. Use them.
