No they were aweslme and accomodating however rate increases and the inability to prorate is what made me leave and go elsewhere other then that on the personal survey I gave them a 3 star. Overall with the excellent Manager she worked with me. Appreciate it much!

Customer service was patient and professional and took his time answer question's and provide details of the storage spaces available. I would recommend my family and friends to this location. Overall excellent experience! BZ!
