Took my daughter to get her hair done. She loved Gina!! My daughter said mom it didn’t hurt at all. And Gina worked with my daughter to give her the type of braids she wanted. She loved them!! 100% recommend. We will be a returning customer. Thank you Gina!

Very professional and gentle on your hair. I got braids and am extremely tender headed, but she is so gentle I fall asleep. I will not get my hair braided by anyone else!!!

I went to this place for the first time for waist length, knotless box braids because my regular braider was not available. So, I was asked to pay a $30.00 deposit and scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, Gina texted saying she would be an HOUR late. So I waited and waited. She texted again saying she would be there in 10 minutes, which turned to 23 minutes! So as she’s finally braiding my hair, she drops pieces on the floor and I see her lay it down somewhere. Then I turn around to see she braided it into my hair. And only braiding halfway down. I ask her to braid them down and she says, “oh, they won’t unravel”. So I sit there and braid my own hair to the ends! As time goes on. She’s talking and saying she was sick and just getting over something. With no mask on. WE finished my hair and all I asked for was a $10.00 discount for my inconvenience and finishing my own ends. IN REAL ESTABLISHMENTS if I was 1.5 hour late, my appointment would have been canceled/rescheduled and no refund of a deposit. One should get what they ask for/pay for. Not leave with unbraided hair hanging to the waist. In conclusion, I did not like my hair! They started skinny at the root, ended up big and bulky and all different lengths. I did not get what I asked for. This girl is just standing up braiding hair. She has no work ethic, customer service skills and does not know how to treat first time customers. If only $10.00 would buy her a new car or house, then so be it.You reap what you so.Reply, Reply All or Forward

My locs look AMAZING after going to Gina!! I started my loc journey in March with someone else and didn’t like how the retwists/parts were coming out. After my first appointment with Gina, she showed a real interest in my process so far and took care to make sure my hair was being properly moisturized and cared for. I have had three rewists since starting with Gina, and my locs are really looking healthy and maturing. My parts are sharp and my retwists actually last more than a week without frizzing. No build up, no flakes, and my locs look so much healthier and moisturized. Gina is a blessing beyond words!! While my hair is afro textured, at times I do qlue ins, which can leave our hair matted, dirty and badly tangled. Gina patiently combed every piece of glue out of my hair. She thoroughly cleansed both my hair and scalp. Im so thankful to see my REAL hair underneath that gunk of glue. Gina is amazing!. She took my daugther in a short notice for knotless braids. She was very accommodating. The prices are reasonable but she does not cut corners She took her time and did exactly what my daugther wanted.
