Dirty store. The trash cans are overflowing, causing litter in the parking lot. Broken gas pump. Not a good location. I do not recommended.

The staff that work here are the only reason I feel safe stopping by late at night. I work late, so when I get off work this is the only place open. As a woman, I’ve had numerous safety concerns being out at night; but I’ve never had to worry here. Tonight for example there were two guys shopping that were definitely raising red flags. I would move into other isles to avoid them and they would end up moving to the same isle as me every time. I bought my things after they left and headed to my car. When I was getting into my vehicle one of the guys was staring at me, and opened their car door. He was starting to get out until the employee that was working on the water bottles outside the store started working on something else in between my parking spot and the guys. This stopped him dead in his tracks from whatever he was planning on doing, and I got to pull out of the spot and go home no problem. The employee may have gotten in the guys way unintentionally, or maybe he was aware something was off about their behavior as well, but nonetheless it was greatly appreciated.

I went to this gas station last Thursday at 5:19 am trying to get gas I went inside to pay for 10.25 of gas to get to work instead the cashier put 25.00 in which I didn’t have on my card I realized an took out my card but the transaction didn’t complete obviously so there I tried with the same as before an it declined now saying that I was charged 20.50 which is pending still. All the manager could say was check with my bank there’s a holding it’s been going on 5 days now an there was no receipt of nonpayment. It shouldn’t be pending

Updated complaint- Today I visited this store.... As I walked in a child was being berated by 3 employees. Accusing him of stealing a pack of chips they inevitably realized were his the entire time, he came in with them. The kid was autistic and had mental cognitive issues. He tried to explain but they continue to yell at him repeatedly. I defended the boy and told them to leave him alone and check the camera. After about 5 minutes they finally let the boy leave with his bag of chips but he was unable to purchase what he had came to purchase because they said he owed for the bag of chips.... Then the employees got nasty with me as a crowd had began to form. Then the newer employee a young heavyset white lady decided to skip over me and help the people behind me since she didn't like the fact that I was defending the autistic African American child. After she let the people who were behind me cut in front of me this then inevitably resulted in an argument between me and that customer where I then decided to leave and not purchase my items. This 7-Eleven is always a problem. The employees are horrible people, outside is riddled with homeless beggars and customer service is non-existent. This will be my second time filing a complaint with this store and my last because I will no longer visit a 7-Eleven anywhere.Rude on a regular basis, especially the older lady.... There is one lady that works there that is very nice, even when she too is a grump. Then today I grab a zebra cake, which in single form is usually already overpriced. They were .50 cents but now they are $1. No biggie. Until it wouldn't scan..... Then the lady rushes to go find a price. Can't find one. The line backs up. She rushes back and charges me $2. I asked her if she had guessed the price because that wasn't accurate. She told me "no, no gas, you didn't ask for gas. ". So I guess that ended the conversation. (Plexi glass that does nothing + language barrier= bad customer service.) I don't know why I even go here anymore. The lady has been a pain for months but I dunno, this seems like a small issue.... but why should I bother to go back when it's already a pain as it is, to go there? Especially when you're in line for 25 minutes because only one person is working the register and the other group of people are sitting in the back near the computer....

The lady who works here is always extremely rude my suggestion to the managers/owner would be to train her and tell her to be polite and work a little faster especially when it’s busy just because she’s working over there doesn’t mean that she can show tantrums. Extremely disappointed the way she acted and behave today and normally to everyone that I’ve been seeing for the last couple of weeks now. I would highly recommend also to 7-Eleven management to see if she is one of the owners or she is the manager they need to come and tell her that she cannot bully people especially the customers.Hope that somebody sit down with her and tell her to calm down specially when it’s busy.I’ve been coming to this 7-Eleven for like almost 3 1/2 years ever since I moved to this area extremely extremely extremely disappointed with the behavior and attitude of this lady. She had the audacity to say loudly and in a very disrespectful way that she doesn’t work for me. I would reach out to the supervisor of the area or whatever but she needs to understand she cannot be disrespectful to the customers. Unfortunately this is not the first time that she missed behaved/had a rude attitude. For sure they have lost just not one customer but me and my friends and my family will not come and this one will go to Wawa which is a mile or so but still it’s worth it

Ordered from here 5 times through Uber eats. This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong. Orders have been missing items and no refund is given. I asked for 3 fresh food items. I was given 2 wrong items and the other item was so over cooked that I couldn't eat it. I called the employee picked up the phone then laid the phone down and rang up other customers while leaving me on hold for over 15 minutes . He never came back to the phone. Mr Singh you need to take control of the customer service because that is so very rude. Rude discourteous disrespectful and uncaring. There are other options for customers. I choose your location because how kind you are but I am very sure after this poor food experience and disrespectful phone situation I will be choosing elsewhere to get my convenience items from. So disappointed in this experience.

I don’t care what the back lash is for this . This is the worst 7/11 ever. Ignorant and down right disrespectful. ATM was broke and they couldn’t even compensate. Y’all need to shut down if you don’t want to work. #respectfully
