Horrible customer service. Long wait. Not enough staff. Unprofessional staff. Unfriendly. Would highly recommend going to other places. This place has a worker named Achyut who’s very unfriendly, unwelcoming and made me wanna go to a different place just by his attitude. Why work there if you don’t want to help?

I am giving 4 star for the lady who is usually there most of the time cause she was very kind to me and processing my order,but when I came to pick up today my glasses there was this uncle who is bald did not looked respecting me where he was just trying to get rid of me...asap like there is a rush and there were barely two of us..I asked him what colour is my glasses where without even checking the order he said grey and he looks like in a bit of rush...and then he called the other curly hair woman who started sounding to me being rushy too and little bad in tone the way she was talking...don't know why they were behaving like that ..had to just say bye to them and picked my glasses...well good luck to these guys attitude keep it up.

I arrived 5 minutes to closing and the manager of the vision center still helped me get a set of glasses and lenses for my 6 year old that I just found out is dealing with amblyopia. She was very sweet and patient with him while he picked a pair of glasses he liked even though it was past closing, it dies take a few days to get your order in. only taking a star away because I read online that accept Medicaid (health keepers plus) but they don’t so I had to pay out of pocket which wasn’t ideal but I would go back.

I came over to tighten my frames. The lady over there mentioned that they wouldn’t be responsible if anything happens!! Come on - Without even trying or taking a look at it in the first place, she is right away giving up, which turns away the customers!!!Why does Walmart employ such people who is not confident of their job skills??Pathetic experience!!!!!

I had previously given Westminster Walmart Optical a 5-star rating. Today I cannot. I am very disappointed that they decline to make the accommodation of wearing a mask for a customer who is very immunosuppressed for whom the vaccine did not work. I can appreciate that they do not have to anymore, but I think as staff who are definitely working within less than 6 feet of another person's face, they could offer to when the person explains their medical condition. VERY disappointed. I really liked the Doctor there which is why I came back. Just so sad. What a total lack of compassion.

Do not use this vision center, the customer service is horrible and the product is substandard. I purchased two pairs of glasses a year ago: one for distance/driving and another for reading. Within a few months, the reading glasses frame broke because the workmanship was so bad. I went back to Walmart with the broken glasses to replace them. Five days later when I went to pick them up, the sales associate had made a mistake and put in the prescription for the driving glasses. When I called to tell them that they had made a mistake, the associate told me that I had told her that those were the glasses I wanted to replace. This was inaccurate as I had the glasses that needed to be replaced with me and she looked at them and told me that she was putting in a new order for the reading glasses. This will take another week to get my new glasses. Do not think that you will save money by using Walmart Vision. You will end up having to replace your glasses much sooner than using a regular doctor's office and Walmart will mess up your new order, telling you (the customer) that you made a mistake. Don't waste your time or money on Walmart.

I have been purchasing glasses for my daughter at Walmart for many years and no issues. You get what you pay for, quality is acceptable, prices are very cheap. Customer service has always been good for me, had to replace them twice and no issues.

Bad quality eye contact lenses. I purchased a box for $84 and went through it in a couple of weeks. I would put one pair in and it would go bad in two days. I have been using lenses since 2005 and never had this issue. What upset me the most is that I brought the box back to the store today to test the remaining lense and both the ladies who work there said sorry we can't do anything for you. My money went down the drain and most of all my eyes are burning to the point I look like am crying. I will escalate this issue further.
