Went in to drop off a trade-in. They were busy but managing the volume well. My transaction took less than a minute and I was on my way. Associate was knowledgeable and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised.

Does anyone work at these stores anymore. Need a new phones but no customer service. No greeting, no one asked if they could help.

Not a bad store, the store associates were ok and helpful, but not great.They are usually short on some popular cellphones, and also the cheap ones are usually not available either.Fios service? They have it, but seems mostly only concentrated on cellphone service.There is a QR code, like a stand, that you need to scan and supposedly it should put you in line to be checked in, but it didn't work. So I waited about 6 to 7 minutes before someone approached me and put me on the waiting list.

Bunch of useless reps who don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve been getting charged for “Services and Perks” that I cancelled in September. I cancelled it, but it’s been appearing on my bill. I went to the store twice for them to take care of it and none of them knew how to fix it. I went back again today (12/6/23), and the guy who was helping me called customer service to help fix it. I mean who does that? I could have just called the number myself without having to drive to the store!!! Dumb!!!

I'm thankful to Jesus for Joelle's life!!! Joelle is an incredible Verizon specialist at this corporate store and she is so patient and fights to get things right for all customers! I had an issue for 6 lines on my plan that has been ongoing since the end of Dec. 2021/beginning of 2022 and Joelle helped me to resolve it by calling customer service and telling them she had hours to spend helping me if needed, which once again showed me how patient she was and I really appreciate all of her help! Once that problem was solved, she then helped me to find a new unlimited plan for a few phones in my multi-line plan. She went above and beyond to help me out and gave me her virtual business card if I need more assistance in the future. I highly recommend Joelle with troubleshooting and so much more. May God continue to bless Joelle!!!

I was a Verizon client for 10 years , I came to this store because costumer service told me to come and resolve the concern for recent charge on my account. As soon as I walk and spoke to manager and mention credit for the phone she immediately said nothing we can do please talk to costumer service . I called them again and told them I am in the store but at the end nothing was resolved. They took my phone for trade in and charged me full amount of a new phone . I don’t believe I will come back .

Unlike the Winchester location, these guys were FANTASTIC. They solved a seemingly unsolvable issue within minutes and had me on my way with a working device. 10/10 highly recommend.

They were very good they helped me with my problem it took a little more time two different times two different people but they finally fixed the problem the one was a bot he was terrible it was late at night but I'm glad the last person he she fixed the problem

Robert Wertz helped me when my old phone stopped working, I had no appointment but was seen quickly, I was out the door in less than 45 minutes with new phone.

I love verizon and hope they fix this store is the closest to where I live been there 3 times all 3 times worst customer service I ever had the employees acted like thay not wanted to be there

My wife and I purchased new phones in May; along with add-on protective covers - during the purchase, we were told that if the covers were damaged, they could be replaced at the Verizon store.My wife came to get hers replaced today - the Verizon rep Nas relayed that it had to be done through the Belkan site - the Belkan site says that the url is not valid (which should prompt anyone to not load their information). During our conversation, Nas left several times to “go in the back.” We waited for at least 10 minutes each time. Once he was supposed to be going to get the model number - he returned surprised to see us - without the model number.My wife asked to speak to a manager - now Nas is trying to fill out the information on the Belkan site. It’s been 15 minutes.Clearly Verizon doesn’t stand behind the products they sell as well as dodging any unpleasant customer service. Especially frustrating is that they wear t-shirts that say “You’re in charge - It’s your Verizon.” Ironic
