During my recent visit at Dulles landing ulta salon.I had appointment with Alexus but she didn't show up.This was my first time with Ulta salon worst experience I ever had.I never had such bad experience.Later they give me option to reschedule or wait for other stylest who was already busy with other customer.i waited long paid more to specialised stylist and didn't get any discount infact I had pay more for specialized stylest. Later Felicia did great job, got great haircut.she have great experience very professional too.

During my recent visit, I was warmly greeted by a wonderful staff member named Rue. Her customer service was exceptional, especially when it came to fragrances. Rue's extensive knowledge helped me find the perfect birthday gift for my mom she recommended Clinique Happy which my mom absolutely loved. Thank you, Rue, for your outstanding assistance and for making my experience fantastic. I look forward to returning to this location soon.

Salon services pricey but good. ALEXUS did a great job with my hair cut and highlights. She worked with me and helped me decide what colors i wanted and then the blow dry gave so much volume to my hair that ive been losing for months!

I sat waiting for curbside for the longest while workers watched me through the window and pretend to be busy. I’ve had my hair done by Felicia this would be the only reason I come to this place from now on. She’s friendly and will get you right! This area needs more people that can do all textures hair because Felicia is the only one at this store. Everyone else at the store isn’t friendly especially if you’re of color.

I went in last week and wanted to buy my husband cologne. I always get him the same two and wanted to get something different. Rue helped me and she was nothing short of amazing! She was so patient and kind, answered all my questions and believe me I asked ALOT. She didn’t hesitate one bit. She asked me questions about what my husband likes and recommended about five colognes and I won’t lie I bought them all. My husband LOVED them all! She truly is amazing with scents she was able to explain how different scents work and I had no idea so it was truly an amazing experience for me. She even helped me with perfumes for myself because as mentioned before I always got the same kind even for myself. I walked out with so much knowledge and perfumes for me and colognes that I won the day with because my husband was over the moon! I will definitely be back for Father’s Day to get more colognes for my husband but will be only looking for Rue from now on! She’s my perfume / cologne savior! Will only take her advice in the future when it comes to this! I’ll be buying perfumes and colognes for everyone and while knowing it’ll be a win!

Based on Yelp, I've checked in 18 times, but I've probably actually visited more than that! Just like most of the other stores in this shopping center was such a great store pre-pandemic. Fortunately, they seem fully staffed. Customer service is always hit-or-miss, mostly miss.
The store itself looks very clean and fully stocked. In the past, most of the cosmetics had testers, but I believe they are no longer available for non-prestige items. There have been times were customers open the non-prestige items to test, and then the item either is marked as damaged or may be marked as clearance. It looks like they removed some aisles...or moved them... to accommodate the large Benefits Brow Bar. I didn't see anyone there, so not sure if we need to inquire at the checkout or just stand there until someone acknowledges us.
This time, my visit was strictly for replenishing my makeup items, so I ordered via the app and went to the pickup counter. I simply told the employee that I placed the order and picked up the item because I needed to make sure I selected the correct color...she showed a bit of an attitude saying I need to wait about 15 minutes. In the meantime, she went to help other customers. Once she returned, she was a bit nicer.
Parking is not an issue as there is plenty in front of Ulta and for the neighboring stores.

The general store manger farah, was extremely disrespectful and rude towards me earlier today. I went to return an item of mine at this location, and farah promised to refund me store credit. Farah was very disrespectful about the whole interaction. Farah never gave me my refund. I ended up leaving the store very disappointed. I spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars on this store and they lost a loyal customer for sure. Come to this Ulta if you want to be disrespected by the manger.

Felicia is the Elite Stylist at this location. I love how she cares for my hair. She is very professional and knowledegable about her trade and gives each of her customers well deserved attention. She works pretty quickly with excellent results. I say all of this to say. Felicia provides excellent customer service!

I came here at 8pm and a worker at the front door told me that they were closed and would not let me in. As you can see on Google the time says open till 9pm on Wednesdays. And outside of the store it says open till 9pm. When i mentioned the store hours published on the building she mentioned they ‘don’t control that’ - it is very inconvenient and unprofessional. Please fix your hours online and in person if this the case, as informed to me by your employee.
