“My dog had an infection that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. My husband found Sully Animal Hospital and they were able to get her in that same morning and perform surgery. I felt so at ease letting my dog go back with the nurses and after a few hours we got a call that everything went well. Everyone that we came in contact with was extra sweet and it seemed like they truly care. I’d drive 45 minutes over and over again to have them take care of my sweet Bella. I am forever grateful for you all!”

“I just wanted to give a shout out to Paulina. She has been working there for quite some time and is always helpful. She normally works the pizza station or behind the deli slicing area. Today when I went on New Years Day, someone from the deli was on break so she came from her pizza station and helped me get the lunch meat I needed. I always appreciate her help, her smile and dedication to work. She also makes the best pizza and is great at following directions (we always get pizza extra well done with 16 slices).”
“I just spent my first time at Wegmans and let's just say I was wonderstruck, definitely not your typical Trader Joe's. There were many options to eat for a meal and I found most of them fairly enjoyable before I began my shopping. It was busy but I couldn't be one to judge because of the nearing thanks giving. People were friendly and helpful and I see myself going there again, definitely recommend. For anyone looking for cons I will say it was overwhelming at first, so many options and information in your face all at once. TBH reminded me of a Cheesecake Factorys menu because of this.”

“My Dr's Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the Herndon area. They have a ton of prescriptions available for pick-up the same day. They are incredibly fast at filling prescriptions. And the best of all, they fill your prescriptions right when they get them. Unlike other pharmacy's where you have to call them and remind them that you need your prescription and have to keep bothering them to finally fill your prescription, My Dr's Pharmacy is really fast and fills your prescriptions as soon as they get them. The BEST pharmacy in the Herndon area.”
“My first visit to a Giant Food supermarket. They have a good variety of Gluten free, dairy free, soy free brands. Found Schar, which I haven't seen at other stores. They also have So Delicious and Glutino. I got some produce and other items to make GF, DF, soy free eating possible while I'm in Leesburg.”

“I want everyone to appreciate and recognize miss Sandra for how kind and caring she is. I went to this location for the first time for instacart and she was so welcoming and friendly. On top of that she went out of her way to make my job easier for me and very neatly and gently packed the bags being mindful to distribute weight and separate unsterile items. She even went as far as to label the bags AND had the separate orders places in the cart a different direction. She’s such a bright light to have pop into my life for a quick grocery trip. “Love, love, love going to pump gas here vs Costco. Lines are always short, never long and same price as Costco. Only draw-back is the pumps are a little slower than Costco. But hey, I rather have slower pumps than have to wait in line for 20+ mins all the time.”
“This pharmacy came recommended by my dermatologist (whose office is on the same block). My doctor had only good things to say about Stone Springs so I decided to try it out... I called them on a Tues afternoon about my Rx, gave them my insurance info, and picked up the Rx 10 min later. They were responsive, friendly, and transparent about the prescription price - since many insurers do *not* cover this skincare product, the staff auto- applied a coupon reducing the price from about $700 to a more manageable $75. That was a huge help (and Idk about you, but I'm not looking to spend 700 on one medication).”
“Great new giant! The prices here are very reasonable and even more so when you use a phone number for their rewards program. There is always ample parking and now there are electric car chargers in the parking garage on the first floor. There is a Starbucks inside and clean restrooms. They have an extensive sales section with great options for those on a budget.”

“Costco tire is awesome along with the staff and the store management. My dilemma started about 1hr prior to close and could not get through on the phone so I took a shot getting there 40 min before closing. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful even with an annoying caller on the phone. What patience from them, especially when I could hear the phone call where the guy says he has a tire knows nothing about it but asks if they have Michelins in stock. I wanted to smack the caller but the front desk was amazing and polite. They then helped me but advised they may not be able to do it so close to closing. Shortly thereafter the front desk talked to the mechanics who agreed to fix my tire. Wow $10.99!! Can't beat that and find the best customer service I have experience in a long time!!!”

They asked how I was doing and greeted me and were so polite and great. Customer service 10/10. There's was no problem it was quick and easy. They are great.”
“My CVS pharmacy closed recently. It was the only CVS pharmacy in my area with a reputation for good service so I switched to this Giant one based on the reviews that I read. I'm glad that I did. The service here has been great and the staff is professional and friendly. And just today the pharmacist was able to figure out a way for me to reduce the cost of one of my prescriptions.”

“I love the way the pharmacy refills my medicine and delivers it to my address. They have done a great job. However with the Christmas/New Years, the delivery would take longer than expected. I told the pharmacist that my mom would pick it up in person, the pharmacist miscommunicated to my mother saying that it was delivered yesterday at my door--it was not. The pharmacist or tech should've taken the initiative to take a few seconds to look for my medicine in the outgoing mail, and given to my mom the first time instead of her driving back to the store.I am not mad, but at least make sure the job is done correctly the first time. I used to work the grocery industry”
