I saw the nurse practitioner for my 1st meeting. Charged me $130 since I'm between insurance right now for the first appointment. I told the clinic "I'm making this appointment to get setup with meds for my narcolepsy since I'm down to my last 2 bottles of Wakix."They take me back. NP looks at my sleep study and says in the nice HR voice "this case is way too complex for me to handle so well just schedule you to meet the doctor." so I basically had to pay $130 for a 5 minute meeting with the NP to tell me "I can't handle this." This is exactly why I asked if they wanted me to have my previous clinic in FL to fax over everything. I'm only getting an additional appointment this time to see the MD instead of the NP. I'm hoping the MD actually helps me. Otherwise that's going to be nearly $200 wasted.I CAN NOT handle stimulants due to my previous medical history. I got the feeling the NP just wanted to throw Adderall at me to manage the symptoms but I might just be talking out of frustration here.Absolutely not impressed here. Hopefully the MD can help me.

Inconsiderate of your time. I had a consultation a year and half ago. They just called back in December 2022 and had to get another consultation. I get the consultation after a confusing scheduling mix up. They wanted me to pick a kit today after 400 pm in NOVA. I live 40 miles away. I tell them I can't. Tells me I have be on 2-4 week waiting list for a home sleep study kit. I tell them no. Doctor Lee then proceeds to tell me I have the pay the co-pay. They are a horrible, and rude service playing with lives. Beware.

This place sucks. I went to this place for pulmonary and asthma issues. They recommended an inhaler that cost $500 OOP. I called them multiple times about any other options but didn't seem to get a straight answer and anyone who doesn't address their first name when answering the phone is a coward. I just used a scripthero.com or a GoodRx.com coupon code because the product spiriva actually works. Dr. Dubey is amazing. He takes time to explain everything to you in great detail, and always gives you ample opportunity to ask questions as well. His office staff is friendly, and very accommodating. I literally had my first appt with Dr. Dubey and my sleep study done within a week's time. I highly recommend this practice.
