Was a bit nervous about selecting a reliable moving company for our inter-state move. However, North American Van Lines was fantastic. The price was right and everyone we interacted with was professional and kept us updated throughout the moving process. Highly recommended!!!

North American van lines, did a great job with the loading of my stuff, as I was relocating to another state. They carefully packed and protected my items from breaking, scratching or having dents. They come on time to load and delivered on time. Cost is moderate than other agencies I contacted. I will recommend them for your moves

This is the second time we have used North American Van Lines for a state to state move. We were incredibly satisfied and impressed again by their customer service. They took extra special care of our personal belongings. Our driver Larry M and his entire crew, in VA and FL went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met with the best possible care. I will continue to recommend North American Van Lines. Thank you for a great job.

The driver and moving crew at destination couldn’t have been better. Friendly, professional, and treated our belongings carefully. The packing and moving crew at location of origin, however, were careless and treated our things carelessly. Things were dumped in boxes, not packed. Hats and shoes were completely crumpled without paper to keep their shape. Our couch was torn in two places on the end, and they broke a light fixture in the apartment building’s hallway.

Our experience was awesome. Great customer service and communication. We knew what was happening at all times. Our things were delivered on time and undamaged. The loading and unloading crews were friendly and caring. I will use North American Van Lines again, no question.

Overall, the experience with North American was excellent for the load of our furniture and belongings, but the delivery team at our destination was difficult to work with. The move team (Shoreview Moving & Storage) who coordinated our pickup corrected the issues with the delivery team, but it was a stressful process since the delivery team gave us very little notice of our delivery and were adamant about the date and time of the delivery even though we were told the delivery would not be for another week just a few days earlier. The Shoreview team helped address the issue with the delivery and got everything sorted so we appreciate Shoreview Moving and Storage for their work to make this move experience a good one overall.

Had a perfect cross country move with North American Van Lines. They arrived even earlier than the quoted delivery window and had everything in tact. With all the horror stories out there, I could not be more grateful for choosing these movers, they made my move so smooth and easy!

Used NAVL for an out of state move and was very happy with the quality of service and care. Everything arrived undamaged and on schedule. They easily accommodated some difficult scheduling and logistical circumstances associated with a downtown apartment which greatly simplified the process for me.

Not a good experience. Too many items damaged upon arrival to NC from VA Wouldn’t recommend. Definitely not worth 10k.

Packers did an excellent professional friendly service.From beginning to end everything went as planned.
