I wasn’t impressed by the organization of the aisles and products with unmarked prices so this was definitely a pass for me. The staff doesn’t care if they keep you on waiting for minutes (10 or more) to address your questions related to prices. The aisles are narrow spaced and overflowing with products.

I called them last week to see if they will make paan for an event I have this upcoming Saturday and the guy on the phone said, sure call a day before and we will do it! I go there today, the poor girl in the front didn’t know took my number and when I got a call, she said and I quote, “the manager said we can’t do it.” & the “manager” didn’t even have the courtesy to call me to tell me on his own, made someone else do the work. Clearly, there is some miscommunication and I have no answers!I go to this place weekly, the girl in the front is great but not sure about this “manager” who can’t even pick up the phone and call on his own!Also, don’t but their cans and bottle products without checking the expiration dates. I was in a rush and needed something quickly and it was expired a year ago!Best bet, get meat from here and in case of emergency things!Disappointed!

Meet section is getting bad. They charge 13.99 for mixed goat and they have more bones and less flesh meat. This is the trend last few months and when enquire the only response is take it or leave it. The service is getting bad. Fairprice is better than indian mart. Waiting eagerly for Triveni to open.

This place sells the best quality halal meat around. I dont really come for anything else but the store is well stocked and is kept a lot cleaner than most other halal markets. I'm not sure about the rudeness everyone keeps mentioning. I haven't experienced this from the staff, but a lot of customers walk around or stand in the way giving stank faces and dirty looks.

I had gone there for Rara noodles and turns out they have other noodles like Current, Wai wai etc also :-) i didnt get to explore much but did notice fresh meat counter and vegetables section also.

I recommend they build a better process to make lines for checkout and for their halal section in the back. The back section line blocks the frozen section completely, and the checkout line completely blocks one aisle.

Heard from friends this store is still charging 2.5% tax on grocery while it's reduced to 1% beginning of this year (01/01/2023). Exercise caution while making purchase.

I was frequently visiting this store continuously from past 10 days. Everytime I check out, the lady at the counter looks so annoying. Either she ends up eating some stuff or by being on the phone. No proper reply from the lady regarding the groceries in the store. Every employee looks so rude when I ask for something to find. I think they have the new staff now. The old staff were so kind to the customers. But now they really had the bad customer service.Usually we, the customer have regular complaints on the Butchers. But now the remaining staff is so rude.
