The staff informed me, erroneously, that I won’t be charged( if I bring the electric vehicle charged >85%. They did not provide a suitable application to assist in finding charging stations. Whatever company is promoted by them, as charging station, has little coverage and their devices charge at a snail’s pace. DO NOT RENT A ELECTRIC VEHICLE from them as the experience is miserable.

Best car rental experience I've ever had. Sol, the woman who inspected my car at the end of my rent was quick and professional which helped me make my flight on time. Highly recommend.

Had the best rental experience at any car rental location since Covid. No waiting in line, no waiting for a car to be returned so I could claim my reservation, no hunting on the lot for a car matching my reserved category. My name was on the Gold board with a specific stall number and a brand new car waiting there as soon as I arrived. In and out within five minutes.

Service was OK. They tried to add a loss damage waiver fee without telling me. They claimed it was in my profile which it wasn’t. Be careful for shady practices.

Updated March 2024Apparently I’m a glutton for punishment. Keep coming here and constantly disappointed. Waited 40 min for shuttle. They burned all of my points on a rental without asking me. 10 years of accumulation gone in 10 days. Steer clear.Old, dirty cars and shuttles that never run. Presidents circle on hertz and this is by far the worst location.

The staff Is so careless. The guy with white hair, Thick mustache and specs is so rude to the customers. He should go to customer service classes.

Just returned a vehicle with a full tank of fuel and erroneously charged for fuel. Watch your receipts. They force you to go through a corporate refund process. This was after topping off at 7-11 on Rudder Road which basically shares a fence with Hertz.

Our family had a great experience here! Our rental was placed months earlier and due to airline issues had to be changed. Hertz worked with me and I left with a that worked for us. The woman.. dark hair and glasses. Awesome. Promote her immediately!

Good selection of cars, but cold do a better job of cleaning the windshield. Checkout and in was efficient.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. The manager Amil was extremely accommodating and helpful to a particularly odd situation. It’s nice to see that there is still such thing as customer service in the US. Will certainly rent from this location in the future.

Worst Rental experience. Be advised they will not honor contracts that are setup outside of Hertz airport rental. My rental through Hertz broke down and was refused a replacement exchange because my rental was through another location that was a "franchise" depot. Left stranded at the airport at 12am with no car now all while having my actual rental contract in my hands

Overall, well managed place. I had issues with a car whose battery died nearby and I was able to work out a towing situation with them, as I ran to get on a plane.
