We did not want to go with Culligan based on our past experience. But working with Mike Lausten changed all that. Now we are glad we went with Culligan. Our water purification was done quickly along with whole house water softening. Mike went out of the way to help us address some peripheral issues as well.

Mike Lausten is our Culligan Water Specialist and he was the best! Not only did we have so much in common, he shared so much knowledge with us along the way. He shared with us all the options and didn’t try to push us one way or another as we needed to fit within our budget. We’re moving to a different state and sad Mike won’t be our rep anymore, but he still has been so helpful as we take our system with us to South Carolina. I highly recommend Mike and Culligan in general!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this guy was too good. Mike was the gentleman that came to my house when I reached out to Culligan and from the moment came to our door, the experience has been incredible. Mike is very knowledgeable about the company, the product and the process. You could not ask for better customer service!!!

Mike was great to work with and helped answer all our questions about the process, science and installation. He came back out after install at my request to help answer further questions and re-test. Would work with him again!

Culligan has been amazing from start to finish. Customer service is definitely a priority for Culligan! And we are thrilled with our new water - it has been hugely, visibly beneficial for our hair and skin. We drink so much more water now because of the great taste and we know it has nothing harmful in it. Worth the investment for sure. Highly recommend with no hesitations.

We have been using our water softener and drinking water RO system for a few weeks and have been very happy with the results. The whole sales process was very professional and efficient. I’ve always known Culligan to have products that are high quality and reliable, as they are well known in the industry, but I was really impressed with the salesperson (Mike Lausten) who was knowledgeable, passionate, and convincing. I’m confident I could call him up if I had a question about what is the best laundry detergent and he would get me an answer. I would recommend him personally. Most importantly, I felt confident that the products I purchased would provide clean, long lasting water for my family.

Culligans is a hidden treasure in the DC area. They stand out from the other big water delivery services in this area. They delivered crisp spring water to our home in Arlington, VA and did all the heavy lifting and took it straight to our water dispenser. Renita who set us all up was quick to respond to all my questions about Culligans and was extremely kind. Very satisfied so far

Mike Lausten did an amazing job helping me design the ideal water treatment system and helping make sure the installation was as smooth. I've had the system in place for a year and absolutely love it. I recommend them to anyone considering a water softener and/or water treatment system.
