This Walmart is the worst. They only want you to self check, you know, I already have a job. If Walmart were to give a discount for me doing one of their employees job I might consider self check and bagging a full cart of groceries. There were six employees looking in one box and two others within ten feet of them all were right there by the registers. There seems to be plenty of employees standing around not willing to help, maybe that's because they don't know how to stock the shelves. They put dog food on the same shelf with sausage watch what you pick to take home. If your looking for service go to another store, like Harris Teeter or Giant Food.

Not happy, just bought boneless chicken bites and ate glass. The thing is you can't even see it, it's mixed in the sauce. Chipped a tooth and now my stomach is in pain. I will be contacting Health Department.

We've been shopping here for about 3 years. Typically, we go on Sunday and the shelves have been really bare lately. I realize there are reports of supply chain issues, but other stores I visit seem to have the products we're looking for. We generally spend about $300 a week on groceries and household items. Because I've not been able to readily find items that my family regularly uses, we now have to shop elsewhere.

I was trying to check out at one of the self serve machines. I had a large amount of groceries and I was having difficulty lifting some of the heavy items due to me having only one hand and my husband unable to lift anything heavy due to very detriorated back from age. One of the self serve attendants, Nadia, saw me struggling & came over to help. She also grabbed a second cart for us to put the bagged groceries in since there wasn't room on the shelf attached to the checkout. She also approved the bottle of wine we purchased. Nadia was the most caring & thoughtful employee at Walmart we have ever met. We can't thank her enough for her noticing our struggle & stepping right up to help. Wish all Walmart employees were as nice & helpful as she was.

Every time I come here I find everything I want or need. Parking isn't bad. There's a few things to around here apart from just Walmart and few places to eat. Can't speak on bathroom haven't used it here.

I mean I really use to LOVE this Walmart when I first moved her back in 2017. Now? 2021? I absolutely HATE this location. If it's not the employees in the dam* way with the huge restocking carts or employees filling online shopping carts blocking the lanes...it's for sure going to be employees who cut you off. That's okay because I keep going in the direction I planned. You can either get some manners and wait your turn or get to grabbing the back of your ankles. - Why do your employees not know where anything is?! Like how are you walking around in that area but don't know where anything is!? I ask one employee and that turns into two different employees all looking at each other crazy before I just say forget it. I'm starting to think that people are buying Walmart vests off Amazon or Party City. - Why are most of the employees SO RUDE!? Like it's a serious problem. It's not until I match their tone that they become apologetic about something that Walmart messed up. - There have been three different occasions where I see something for one price on the shelf but when I get to the register it rings up differently. Why is it ALWAYS A PROBLEM. I eventually go through at least three employees, just standing around doing nothing, before I am able to get someone that can help. I mean they all come over, look at the screen, the useless handheld device, and then walk off to go do nothing...but not before telling me that they've called the manager. Manager gets over and does the same thing. 30 or so minutes later they figure it out. It's not until a customer gets a bit irate until they actually start customer serving. I know I'm not the only customer that feels this way because I usually see customers a hot second away from causing a scene. This store has major issues that need to be fixed. At this point I only go here when I'm in desperate need of something last minute.

Every-time I order items for pickup i'm waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes or more. I call the number and they can't find my order by name I offer my confirmation number but they decline. First time i ordered a lot of groceries so that may take a minute or so to bring out. The second time it was literally two video games. What takes them so long ??

There's lots to say about this Dulles Landing Walmart. In the first year (or rather first 2 months), we realized that unless you want to stand in a cashier (human being) line for more than 45 minutes, then go ahead and buy your things at a cashier line. If you have a life and need to be somewhere, do the Scan & Go. ALWAYS scan and bag your own things!! Never go to a human-controlled check out line! Their computer system is great, you can always look up produce, so don't let that deter you. The prices have always been 100% accurate (unlike Harris Teeter) in the computer system. Kudos to the people who update it and do the data entry here at Walmart. For the past 5 years I've not had a problem here ever, unless you expect their workers to know anything about anything. They are hired and paid to fulfill on-line/pickup/delivery orders, NOT to provide customer service to you or anyone you know. As long as you manage your expectations, you will have a pleasant experience while shopping there, as the inventory is quite good (except in the beauty aisles, the good stuff is always out of stock). NOW, the reason I am writing this review at all after all these years is that I have to say I just had the best experience at their Pharmacy! I never utilized this pharmacy until last week, and again today, when my dog needed a prescription and a refill... They were super efficient, courteous and competent!!! Wow, how's that for words to use in a Walmart review. This pharmacy staff should be commended and I am giving this a 5-star review for that and my previous comments. If they continue to provide this level of service excellence, I will never fill Rx prescriptions at CVS or Walgreens again!

EYE VISION CENTER Thought to share my extremely unprofessional experience over at the Vision Center in South Riding, VA. Past several years we've been going to My Eye Doctor for prescription glasses and never had any issues, whatsoever, but, this time we wanted to try Walmart Vision Center. Sometime last year in 2020 we ordered our glasses and over and above the insurance we paid our share. Now, after 7-8 months we are receiving a billing statement which annotates me and my wife owe's $97 each. I have gone in person to the Vision Center the staff and the Manager would simply like to wash their hands stating your insurance did not approve the bill and when I call my insurance they claim that Walmart has been submitting incorrect invoices and the insurance company is having several issues with Walmart Billing which they are working on. Never ever had such a bad experience and don't ever plan to visit Walmart for eye testing in future.

The service staff are the worst. They are rude and do not know to serve the customers. They need more training.

They purposely show items in stock, according to Walmart.com, which are not in the store.

This is regarding an online order that I placed. I get an email reminder to pick it up by Sunday, October 18, 2020. So this is a reminder email and it says "by" and not "before". I am at the store by 6.30 after driving for about 15 miles. The product is there but the associate were not able to ring it in the register and I was told that the order is cancelled. So my questions - 1. How come the order was cancelled before the pickup window? 2. Why are the customer associates so rude. I was told that I should run as soon as I get an email from Walmart! Really? 3. Why cant the customer associate solve the problem and still give me the order and charge me again

This Walmart might be like all the other Walmart's but it is just annoying that you can ask literally any worker there where something is and they look around and have no idea like they have never been in the store before or don't understand what you are saying. Not racist or anything and I understand everyone needs to work but please at least hire people that are placed in the general area of the store that can help the customers find what they need. PS. They have good clearance sections throughout the store if you know when/where to go.

This store is so poor. Starting with the manager , Erika, if you buy something from Walmart online and it is given to you as a gift without a order number they will not return or give you a store credit. Not even a store credit. I was not the only person this was happening to. There was several people in line where having the same thing happen. I thought Walmart was better then this. I thought Walmart always let you return items, not so. My wife just purchased over $300 dollars in groceries. Not again Walmart. Erika cost you a customers today. She left in the middle of our conversation. She is piss poor. Family of seven spending $1,200 a month at Walmart. Do the math. Over a $79 dollar item.
