The sampler was OK. The nachos were super dry and would have been nice if it came with a nacho cheese sauce. Ordering from the phone is convenient but feels pretty cold and impersonal.

We go here about once a month with a large group and always have the same server for the group. She's always friendly, upbeat, keeps everyone straight even though we're wandering around the place, and always knows how our tabs work.I'll sing their praises for her work alone.

Waitstaff walked away while I was still trying to order. I was about to order some alcohol since I'd just gotten off work, but I didn't get the opportunity. Staff never checked back to see if the table needed any refills (we DID & we tried to get the staff's attention with no luck). Yet the table of belligerent guys beside ours got staff regularly checking in to ask for refills & get more orders. I don't care what game or event is on, all tables need checked in on no matter if they are drinking or not.

Horrible experience. Customer service was bad . Our food took over 50min to get to us . The scan menu isn’t pleasant. We wanted to speak to the manager and the waiter told us that she told her manager to come speak to us and he never spoke to us. Clearly they don’t care about customers or to improve.

Worst customer service, no one even cared to attend us when we got there, we were asked to order from the app after 25 min of patiently waiting for someone to attend us, my food took an hour long, I asked the waiter how long and she said i don’t know and rolled her eyes at me.. after my food came out she then said I had to wait for my fries… it was so inconvenient and we asked to speak to the manager and he did not even bother coming to talk us, he didn’t care! Do better Buffalo Wild Wings, we aren’t asking for free food, we pay for the food, that’s how you keep a business open by having clientele!

Area must have a bunch of Tree Huggers. No Menus, have to scan and do on ur phone and the greeter was piss poor. Then the waitress wanted us to order on our phones so she didn't have to do anything. We did not see her until our food was ready like 30 min and place was empty and then my wings were actually Cold and was missing 1 of the 10. Miss poor

Should have got this girl's name who took my order, but she sounded like she hated her life/job. Don't ask for wings with the "hot bbq" flavor because they'll mix it with "blazin." That isn't even one of the two flavors that are mixed to make hot bbq. Go to another BWW location. This place is garbage.

Good service, but the food makes up the difference. There are a lot of TVs to watch your favorite team or UFC fight night. I would like to see them upgrade the large projection TV's, because the image quality is not clear. They have a great selection of wings with great flavors to choose from. Haven’t been to a Bdubs since 2018 and I will never go back again after tonight but not due to the food. What restaurant do you all know that doesn’t have actual servers taking orders and what not? Everything is done through the phone and if you ask a question, the entitled folks up front will get an attitude answering. Just close down when you get the chance please.

"At Buffalo Wild Wings, the wings were disappointingly dry, lacking the expected juiciness. The service experience was subpar, with rude waiters and a reluctance to assist. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, repeated calls were necessary to get attention. Overall, a letdown due to both food quality and service."

It was fine for expensive drinks and appetizers that were just OK. The confusion of app ordering or through the waitress who was over worked was a bit of a mess.Will not go out of my way to go back.

The worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience I've ever had was here. No customer service, we walked in and none of the waitresses acknowledged us and offered any information. About half the dining room was empty tables so after waiting a few minutes, we asked to be seated and the waiter at the front desk said there was a thirty minute wait. So we asked to just go over to the bar area and he stated that was also a wait. After finally getting a table, the waitress who served our table was extremely unfriendly and we had to flag her down each time we wanted to order.

Visited for a while with other and spent $150+ and had 2 to go orders, did not have but half of the order when I got back to my room, plus no napkins or wipes, attention to detail falls back on management, there management
