Friendly people but horrible service. I recently purchased an expensive pair of headphones at the Dulles location. Samples of the headphones were not available but the store assured me that if I did not like the product that I could return them. They did NOT however inform me at the time of purchase that all headphone sales are final and that any issues with the product need to be taken up directly with the individual product supplier. For a company that promotes electronics being about \"fashion and image\", they seem to not really care about their own image or customer experience. Sad to hear in a market place that is being dominated by companies that put the customer experience at the forefront of all they do.

Didn't buy anything, asked for alcohol screen cleaner, got 2 for free instantly. Great!

was talked into buying a power pack for a Mac pro. a) the pack didn't charge the Mac Pro b) when i used it for my mobile phone it was dead after ~ 1-5 hours - not what to expect from a $100 power pack. The box was battered and i expect was a return from a previous customer. Called them twice - never got a phone call back. Called the manager Mel - left him a voice mail. Had to go to Europe with no charger for my phone or laptop and $100+tax out. Avoid!

I was shopping at the Dulles Airport for headphones, and Mel (the manager) helped me. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about his products, and I really appreciated the way he spoke to me and answered my questions. I highly recommend him and Bluwire!
