Kam was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our items.The dleiverymen were particularly skilled in moving a large, multiple piece sectional up four flights of stairs and made sure we were happy with the placement of everything, including out rugs that were already in place, before leaving.

Bought two couches and paid my deposit. A week later they called and said if I wanted the furniture I ordered, I would need to pay $1800 more than what was on the invoice. It was their mistake, but all of the pain would fall on me. These people care nothing about customers. Only profit. Unbelievable.

The furniture is outstanding. The service by Kochi Sedo was outstanding. We spent about 10,000 at the store. He was patient and kind.

This place has beautiful furniture with great quality. At least from what I can tell. There were some nice salespeople but my family and I had a really nasty experience with 2 salesmen. I experienced discrimination from one Black man and one Indian man. The Indian male salesperson walked past my family several times while serving another family and kept looking me up and down with an off putting facial expression. The Black man actually walked pass my family to chase down two white women, asking if they needed help. They rudely told him that they were already being helped. He walked away and never said a hello to us or asked if we needed help. We later saw him and he very clearly ignored us. After sharing the experience with management, we received concern but mostly dismissive explanations for why the young Black man would behave this way. I’m looking for new pieces for most of my home and was prepared to spend a large amount of money. So, I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere. A loss for the salespeople but I wouldn’t spend my money where I’m looked over.

Charles Hopkins and his partner in truck 7 were cheerful, efficient and careful with our delivery today. I say careful because as they were starting to back into our driveway they noticed a low hanging telephone wire that would have been torn down had they proceeded. They quickly stopped and informed us of the problem and then proceeded to deliver our furniture. We could not have been more pleased with their service.

Very good sales experience with Al. Had an issue with one of the products and Noelle went above and beyond to resolve. Excellent customer service standing behind their sales.
