I just returned from a VA visit and I have to say the service received at Alamo IAD was great. They were prompt, friendly, and helpful. This includes all areas of contact - the check-in counter, outside greeters, and shuttle drivers. I think Robert was the shuttle driver at 4am in the morning returning to the airport.
