I live less than 5 miles from their location but get my packages from them last before they go back in the evening. They give time of delivery but are never there then. Also, most packages sent through them are taken to the post office to be delivered, which delays delivery for at least a day.

Great service, in and out. The customer entrance isn't easy to find but once you do it's a breeze.
