Nice selection of items. Workers are not very knowledgeable about much of anything. Plants were dying. The only one who knows anything about Stihl machines is the tall bearded guy. Don’t bother asking anyone else. He needs a raise.

This store is the absolute worst!! According to the guy behind the counter, "just because it says it's in stock on the ace hardware website, doesn't mean we have it, that computers wrong all the time". Which is funny because the ace in christiansburg, 15 miles away seems to have it when the online page says they have it. Weird, right? Or just poor management? Plus, everything in this store, you can get at lowes for $5 cheaper. Don't waste your time!! Would not recommend
