It was really cool to go to the county fair. I’m really proud that this county keeps a fair around with lots of different different events on every night. They even have a night where folks from around the area can come in and enjoy the fair with free admission. Monday night they had a demolition derby, and even in the pouring rain it was pretty cool to watch. Tuesday they had a horse pull. Wednesday they had open fair night. Thursday they brought out four wheelers and did races and tricks. Friday they had lawnmower racing. Saturday they had bull riding and horse barrel racing.

Went to the fair today! It was very fun, everyone was very helpful, I do wish that some were able to take card tho!

Went to see the derby arrived TWO HOURS EARLY and the few seats that were empty were being saved. Anyone standing was made to leave yet there were still people with blankets holding seats despite it being 7:35 and the derby was supposed to start at 7:30. The police were rude af wouldn't make the people clear the seats and told us it was our problem and when we left the fair refused our request for a refund. They are a joke.

Fairgrounds is always a good community activity. The kids that actually do farm work learn responsibility and know what farming is like. Great showing and fun games for the family. Hope the traditions continue.
