Ed Cox is a man of character. He has been honest, forthcoming, and informative for my first time homebuying experience. Along the long and tedious process of buying my first house, Ed went above and beyond in my opinion. If I had questions, he would quickly answers them and if he couldn't, he would tell me who I needed to contact. I will definitely recommend his business to anyone in the area, friends and family and just anyone looking to Sell or Buy a home.

Ed Cox and his team at Mabry & Cox are by far the best realtors in the area. We have worked through Ed on several property deals in recent years. He is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and has the experience to complete challenging deals. He always answered our questions and took the time to educate us on the next step in the process. We have used him on both sides of the deal (buying and selling) and would not have been able to complete our transactions without his help.
Kathy Hight recently brought buyers to purchase some property we had for sell and it was a flawless transaction. We even closed early on that deal. We can’t thank them enough for all the hard work they have done for us!!
I will always recommend them to people. They are so professional and are amazing people to get to know.

My wife and I used Kathy to purchase a secondary home by Claytor Lake. I would personally recommend her to all my family and friends. She was professional, very responsive, attentive to our needs and truly cared about our best interest. She made this experience wonderful. My wife and I recently bought our first home with Kathy Hight from Mabry & Cox Realtors serving as our buyers agent. Kathy exceeded all expectations we had for a quality real estate agent. Considering that it was uncharted territory for both myself and my wife, we were worried going into the homebuying process that real estate agents would be overly assertive in trying to “sell a product.” We met with a few other agents to view homes and while they weren’t necessarily assertive, we didn’t feel comfortable with them the same way we felt with Kathy. She made the viewing process feel welcoming by giving us space to observe the homes and discuss amongst one another while also being right there to answer any questions we may have had. The constructive advice she gave us throughout the process (searching, viewing/touring, applying, negotiating, closing) was impeccable. We felt like we were being treated as a family member rather than just another customer. We highly recommend Mabry & Cox if you are searching for an excellent real estate agent!

Kathy Hight and Mabry Cox Realtors were our lifesavers! Thanks to them we are now in a home we love. Kathy is one of the most honest, caring people we've met, and seems like family now. My mom passed, I live 300 miles away and I needed help moving the home. A local insurance agent and a cousin recommended MR. Ed Cox and Ms. Kathy Hight of Mabry and Cox Realty. They responded to my calls while on vacation. They provided an appraisal on 30 minutes notice. They provided professional, polite and critical advise. 35 DAYS LISTING TO CLOSING. Folks—“These dogs will hunt”. Buying or selling, give them a chance, you will not be disappointed.
