Even though UPS trashed the package in transit, BW had so thoroughly wrapped, cushioned, and protected the new grills for my Bimmer that they were perfect. Snapped right in. Correct fit, unlike the 3 cheaper sets I tried from Amazon. Quick shipment. Great job all around. I recommend!

My 540i just turned 100,000 miles. I decided to give it a one up over. My mechanic (not BMW dealer) wanted me to purchase the part myself. AJ Allen gave me the list and helped me select the right items. He spent over 30 minutes with me in email and on the phone. The order arrived promptly. Excellent service.

Exceptional service. They answered my email fast & helped me confirm the fit for a part it seems only a few vendors had.
Placed the order at 2pm with a note & received the tracking by text & email a few hours later followed by this extra message. The packing slip says it was made pretty late in the day so I imagine there was some hustling involved all around since UPS still picked it up on time! Big props to the attention to detail guys. Ask for Henry Fink, he will get u set up right. For some places $60 isn't a rush but I feel the love ❤️

Couldn't be more grateful to this company and the people that work there, shout out Henry Fink. The information and guidance on all things mechanical coupled with the sourcing of the equipment has taken away so much of what I was daunted by when I first started my BMW project.
