“I was having check engine lights and regen issues. Had two different Ryder techs from two different locations look at the truck. All they did was hook it up to the laptop, clear some codes and force a regen. Each time, a couple of days later, same issues would come back. I made a drop in Draper and decided to go to the Ryder in Draper. I’M SOOOOOO GLAD THAT I DID!!!! Randy is the MAN!! He found the TRUE cause of the issues and made the necessary repairs. He even found that I had a nail in a drive tire that was going flat, and just repaired it on the spot! He also found a couple of minor things and just took care of them also. And mind you, I run overnight, so I was dog tired. While I slept in my bunk Randy found all the issues and just did what a great tech would do, he took care of them without waking me to ask if I wanted this or that done. He just did it!! EVERYONE was friendly and hospitable. They took the time to listen to me explain the issues that I was having and took them seriously. This Ryder is my go to from now on.”
